Of course Harry Potter isn't about Christianity. The reasons it opposes Christianity is that it supports magic. Magic is bad according to Christians. In the old testament you were commanded to kill anyone who was a witch. So you don't think kids really get into Harry Potter adn try to do magic and stuff? Ok, that's you opinion. All I want to ask is when is the last time you worked with kids? L[ord]O[f]T[he]R[i][ings][/i] is alright because magic isn't it's main theme and if you know anything about the books the only people who could use magic were semi-gods sent from the west (or god) to help battle Sauron. It's the Christian idea of God sending the Holy Spirit to empower and help us in our daily struggle against Satan.

I think it's a good move to abolish evolution in schools--if they take out that factor, maybe then the scientific 'dark ages' will arrive, but that may in turn lead to a spiritual revival!

God instituted the death penalty. It was instituted with such evil murderers in mind. Both parents should receive the death penalty. And WHY was the 10 year old girl NOT arrested and taken to juvenile hall? She, at age 10, was well aware she was killing her brother to have kicked and punched him for that length of time. I suggest she sit in the step-father's lap in the electric chair.

I believe the scientific evidence points to a young earth. I've been studying geology for nearly 20 years. At first I was an old earther and couldn't understand how anyone could say the earth was less than 10,000 years old. The longer I studied the evidence the more I was swayed over to the young earth side.
