You say there are so many contradictions... if you look at what is being said in the context to the story, who was writing it, where, why, and to who, etc... you will notice that there are not contradictions. this was not determined by myself, but by my father who has read the Bible many many times.

Just because you can insert any absurd entity in place of God does not mean you are right in doing so. The fact is you have NO proof whatsoever that there is no God (just a bunch of theories), but we have a book called the Bible. Written by many different people at many different times yet there are no contradictions.

Came back to check my post and got exactly what I expected. Your hearts are hardened, and I only hope God will show you the truth. I know some of the things I said may have not all fitted together (I need to learn more) The only proof I have of God is that he talks to me in prayer, he lets me know when I am doing something wrong (feel bad after sinning) and that he is starting to answer my prayers. (yes I know, this will not help any of you with the 'proof' thing.)

To prove atheists are wrong once and for all... It would not make ANY sense to thinkg that there is no God. Think of it this way.... what created everything? Did things randomly appear? No... God created them. But then you will probably say... 'what created God?' ... well even if something did create God.... then God would not be God. The thing that 'created "God"' would actually be God. hehe.. if you catch my drift No matter how you look at it... there has to be some higher power that created everything. While taking chemical engineering classes, our professor explained the laws of thermodynamics. Carefully reading and studing what was presented, on my own it became clear to me that evolution, i.e. life from nothing, one animal turning into another was against the laws of nature.

The Torah of the Bible is truth and the fiction of Moby Dick is imagination; therefore, the Torah codes of the Bible are truth whereas the fictionalized codes of Moby Dick are false. I seriously doubt any codes were found in Moby Dick.

I seriously doubt codes have been found with any fictional books or other secular books particularly since they are not written in the Hebrew language and the Torah is truth.
