In the late evening and early morning of June 20/21, millions of Brazilians began receiving “extreme alerts” (alerta extremo) from their Civil Defense (Defesa Civil) which is run by the National System of Civil Protection and Disaster that integrates federal, state, and municipal agencies to respond to natural disasters. The messages varied and many were cryptic phrases using the word “misantropi”, which translates as misanthropy – hatred for humanity.

Others got the same message with the word misantropi but also had additional information about an alien invasion.

In sharp contrast, secular psychology is rooted in humanism, evolution, atheism and other isms and schisms. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” What a precious Scripture passage. The Bible is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the human heart, piercing even between the soul and spirit. You'll never hear a psychologist tell you that you ought to abide in the Holy Bible to help you solve your mental issues. Yet, as you just read in Hebrews 4:12, God's Word can sort out fact and fiction between our soul and spirit.
Having said that, it should now be clear to you why it is dangerous to seek guidance from secular psychologists. They are trained in heathen universities by Godless nutty professors who reject Jesus Christ and deny the Word of God. Psalm 1:1 states, "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful." Christians should not seek counsel from the unsaved world. I received an e-mail from a teenager who wanted my opinion about a class he was considering taking in high school. The course was a psychology class. His mother really wanted him to take the class. He said he thought the class might be interesting, but wasn't sure of it was ok Biblically to participate in the class. I e-mailed him back and advised him NOT to take the class unless the Bible was going to be the source textbook. I consider life to begin at conception. It's the only milestone that makes logical sense to me. Some would say it's when the heart starts beating, but you can be a human without a heart, and that's just one organ of many. Some would say it's when neural activity begins-- and that makes much more sense, but at the same time it's hard to gauge when it happens, my understanding is it's a fairly gradual process.

Others say it's when the baby exits the mother, which is the most bizarre to me, since it's just a change in location, nothing intrinsic.

But conception is the moment it meets all the criteria to be a unique, distinct, living human lifeform.

I disagree. Embryoes especially aren't unique and distinct. Hell, identical twins disprove the "from conception" argument, since the separation occurs one to five days after conception. I also find it hard to declare a parasitical bundle of cells provably distinct or living. Tumors are also distinct and living, but they aren't human. Chimeras are technically two unique and distinct living human lifeforms combined into one, and we don't consider them two people, though we do consider conjoined twins two people. It's way more complex than that.

And the fact that we can keep a braindead body "alive" or that you can be clinically dead but then come back to life makes it illogical to me to think that the sheer existence of DNA makes something human.
