Quote# 37694

The wife and I homeschool our children with great results. How are they going to enforce this multicultralism bull-plop in our home? I dare them to try.

We have no fears of terrorists taking over the bus our kids could be on, no fears of school shootings, no fears of indoctrination, no fear of our kids parenting the teacher's child - I can on for hours.

Just recently, some District slag tried to give us a hard time claiming that our kids would suffer socialy from homeschooling. After a slight debate (I was civil, she was going off on rants), I finally realized why the public and private school folks constantly bring this up - they don't warn of developmental problems; they threaten it. She threatened us with blackballing.

Our family has consistantly yelled at local government to stop stealing our money to fund their illegal activities like public education and welfare. They just brush us off 'til election season. Then they act like "Huh? We brushed you off?" and then say whatever they think we want to hear to get our vote.

If the Islamofacists think they can enforce their psychobabble in our home where I am Lord-Protector and Heavenly Father fights our battles; then they'd better be ready for a fight!

[In an article stating that atheists are unfit to serve as President of the United States.]

Just as the Queen plays a formal role as head of the Church of England, the President functions as head of the “Church of America” – that informal, tolerant but profoundly important civic religion that dominates all our national holidays and historic milestones.

Perhaps God made Uranus that way so we would notice that all the planets aren't spinning the same way, like they should be if they naturally formed.

My explanation is just as valid as the scientist's "guess."

Quote# 37701

The US may well be nuked before the Rapture. I see this as a very real possiblity [winking smiley face]

But,,the nukes will hit the 'sin' capitals of this nation, just as Katrina wiped out the 'Oldest Sin Capital in the US'. Look to Los Angeles, San Fran, Chicago, NewYork, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, etc...

And if there are Believers there at the time, it will be because they did not LISTEN when He told them to leave. In these days we need to be in fellowship with Him more than ever before in our lives, and learn to heed His warnings, for doing this may well enable many more to be Raptured than if we just try to do it our way[winking smiley face]

Also, the Believers that happen to get caught in this go straight to the Presence of the Lord, anyway [smiley face]Talk about a quick turnaround, [winking smiley face]LOL The body quits functioning, they 'done falled over', then Rapture, BANG! No time for a grave,,LOL[smiley face]

Quote# 37704

[So why are western men so able to control themselves in the presence of so many unveiled women?

Easy! it's called maturity, will-power, and self-discipline.]

Or is it because of the free availability of women who just want to be laid? Unlike the East, women here are free to be taken, all you have to do is ask! Even married ones would willingly cheat. So the men in the West aren't exactly saints. In a muslim country, even they would turn into animals. As you see, it cuts both ways.

I don't know if the birds or any other creature knows about God per say, but I do know birds instinctively return to build their nests each year in anticipation of the new lives within them. Who is there to say they have no knowledge of their own dependency on their Creator?? My dog has an adoration for us we humans would do well to have for God. Where did he learn this kind of dedication~~maybe he too senses he belongs to the Creator. Animals are always proving how really intelligent they are. Dogs are trained for a whole variety of services and other animals are too. And the lovely music the birds provide certainly may be a tribute to the Creator. Who knows?

My family throw me in the nut ward for teaching his second coming about 5 years back.. They where thinking I was crazy thinking that christ would come back and the world would come to a end and his new kingdom would be set up.. I try to get the message to them.. I can only pray now for my family that they would see the truth.. It hurts knowing they maybe left behind.. And it truly makes me sick that people think your crazy for trusting and telling them what will happen and was written in the word.. but we can only pray after we warn them.. it up to god to open there eyes..

And I know there has to be something to this. My daughter is almost five, and even at her tender age, she is already 'world-weary'. Of course, she's five, so she loves her toys and her bike. But she loves Jesus more than anything, and she asked me the same thing..."Are we going to Heaven to be with Jesus soon because this life is really hard and it's taking too long." Out of the mouths of babes...

Can you get pregant from a toilet seat?

How long does semen last when not inside a woman? Does it die instantly? I get worried I may have gotten my sister pregnant if any of my sperm got on the toilet seat we share. I did not mean to do this, and know to be more careful next time. I am not ready to have kids, and I don't want to go to jail.

Quote# 37674

I have sat and watched cats and dogs when we were in fellowship and it is very obvious they were watching 'something'. It was also obvious that the Lord's Presence was there, so I do not doubt there were angels flying about. There were no bugs or anything of the sort for them to have intense curiosity over, and where they were staring was obviously a blank wall. I saw nothing, but I did 'perceive' the Lord's Presence. Maranatha!

Quote# 37676

I know it is convenient for an Atheist to claim all sorts of things until they are pinned down intellectually. Then they switch and deny all responsibility. Clearly, Hitler, Stalin, and Mao were Atheists. There has never been a more bloodthirsty trio in history. Before them one must go back to the original modern Atheists and to the end of the eighteenth century and to France. Clearly the twentieth century is the bloodiest century in history and clearly Atheism must take the bulk of the blame for that. That century produced more Christian martyrs than any century in history

(On the movie "Wild Hogs")

"So you think all the promotion of a gay lifestyle is "OK"? I thought that aspect of it was a bit perverted. If it wasn't for that aspect being shoved down our collective throats by the liberal Hollywood machine, I would agree that it would be a good family film. Why do they have to do that? I think the writer or director is gay."

I am an American living abroad and have looked into the case a little and it doe not take much understanding to see that what Kent did was not wrong, especially when he tried on many occasions to make sure he was doing what was right. All you fools who think he should rot in jail better think about your own God given rights and your futures. Even if Kent did "break a law" doe that mean the law i just. Example: Imagine the government makes a law that says you are not allowed to eat anymore, would you sheeple just fall in line or do what you could to continue your life? Anyway I will pray for you, and remember "ever knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is lord". Its just a matter of time.

Actually, I don't know about the death penalty. I'm against it as it is barbaric and innocents will die, yet it seems a bit hypocritical to be against the death penalty while being a strong supporter of the Holy Inquisition. So I don't know.

But ungodly secular democracies such as Sweden, Germany or the USA shouldn't have the right to kill anyone. Only God and his loyal subjects should have the right to execute people.

[long post on 'evilutionists' and the vast conspiracy that is 'the left']
The whole point of science in the past 100 years is to deny the power of the individual. Look at any debate regarding evolution, and it's often the common denomnator. This is why evos deny the mind. They deny intelligence. They deny information. They deny mind/body. They deny chiropractic. They deny accumpunture. They deny prayers. They deny Christ. They deny everlasting life. They deny anything and everything that doesn't promote the population, government, or death.

Quote# 37623

There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law. Why? Because there might be cases in which it is impossible to keep the girl [single] until the age of maturity. [...] In some Islamic countries, the age of maturity can be 8 or 10 years. In Yemen, a girl might get her period at the age of 8. In cold countries, such as Russia, Belarus, Scandinavia, New Zealand, Canada, and so on, a girl might not reach maturity until she is 22 years old. She might not get her period until then.

There have been quite a few scientists, while trying intensely to prove the Scriptures wrong, that have found themselves right at Jesus' feet These ones have used Quantum Mathmatics[a Russian professor in the field], physics, biology, archaeology, and other disciplines of science trying to prove God does not exist, and instead have discovered that there is only ONE compilation of books that that they can not disprove And this compilation is known as our Bible, LOL These ones are now Believers working in the scientific fields providing scientific proof to skeptics that are analytical and need some kind of measure[of one form or another] giving them proof of their error.

[Near the end of an update on the attempt to determine which girl made the call to police.]

Local authorities have said it was not until after the raid began that they learned the sect was marrying off underage girls at the compound and had a bed in its soaring limestone temple where the girls were required to immediately consummate their marriages. A number of teenage girls are pregnant, investigators said.

Quote# 37653

I had a friend many years ago that was a brilliant man; not the most socially gifted, but brilliant nonetheless. He very much enjoyed reading. I remember there was hardly a time that he didn't have a book in his hand. Unfortunately one day he was riding his bike to work, and guess what he was doing while he was riding his bike. He was reading a book. Because his focus was not on what mattered most, he didn't notice when his bike veered out into traffic and he was struck and killed instantly by an 18 wheeler.

I bring this up simply to point out that these learned individuals have buried their heads in their atomic level books while all the while the sands in the hourglass of their lives are methodically running out. How irrelevant will a technology breakthrough be for them if the cost is their soul?

We believe the universe and all that is within it was created in 6 literal days because of one thing. JESUS RAISING UP FROM THE DEAD.

Fin.

Since HE rose up from the dead, then Gen. 1:1 is correct and right. Then HE really did create the entire universe in 6 literal days.

Guess what? HE rose up from the dead! Now you are hosed!
