God obviously wanted Bush to win. Yes, I said it. Kerry supported killing children and spit in the face of everything God stands for besides that. The Catholic Church was right to refuse that Godless man communion.

Quote# 37361

On 24 August 2005, Mr Eriksen wrote: “I’ve never understood why so many men have allowed themselves to be brainwashed by the feminazi myth machine into believing that rape is such a serious crime … Rape is simply sex. Women enjoy sex, so rape cannot be such a terrible physical ordeal.

“To suggest that rape, when conducted without violence, is a serious crime is like suggesting that forcefeeding a woman chocolate cake is a heinous offence. A woman would be more inconvenienced by having her handbag snatched.

“The demonisation of rape is all part of the feminazi desire to obtain power and mastery over men. Men who go along with the rape myth are either morons or traitors.”

Quote# 37353

Monique Davis' African ancestors were not Christians; they had a different religion. They did not know that Jesus was the Lord. Now those ancestors spend each day in Hell, suffering unimaginable torture.
Fortunately for Monique, white people kidnapped some of her ancestors and brought them as slaves to America, where they were forcibly converted to Christianity; and this faith was passed on to her. If slave traders had not stolen her ancestors, Ms. Davis would be living in Africa now, worshipping false Gods, her eventual death resulting in her reunion with her ancestors -- in Hell.
Doesn't she owe the slave traders who kidnapped her ancestors a debt of gratitude for bringing salvation to her family? Shouldn't she express this gratitude publicly?

[ZORN REPLY -- Somehow, I suspect that this is NOT satire.]

[Responding to an article written by Vox Day]

Woman's suffrage must end. Why the Church is stalling on this regard is beyond me. In the 1870s or thereabouts, the Supreme Court of America said women can't be lawyers. It is time to take back this country. Politics and Law are ONLY for men. Woman's suffrage has got to end. I am in full agreement with the Vox Populi.

Not necessarily. I think in his train of thought, God created the natural world, science is confined to the natural world, therefor you can't use science to truly refute the existence of God.

Along the same line, since God created the natural world, you can use the natural world to prove his existence.

Quote# 37341

You dicked it up by suggesting Jesus wanted people to sell their possessions...
which of course, means you're one of those anti-free market, bleeding-heart, disingenuous LIBERALS... so very ready to give of everyone else's time, money and effort...spouting off how the rest of us should do this, should feel that way...etc.

But, to the point...Jesus actually admonished the disciples NOT to sell their possessions and give to the poor... when he cited "the poor you have with you always".
Even Jesus recognized that poverty was a vicious cycle for which other people's money would do nothing to cure or stop.
Get your shit str8 next time Jesus (Hay-soos)
What exactly doesent he like about it? Is it that he want's more hands on stuff? Or he just isn't interested in the subject matter? Does he need more colorful pictures? I know almost every day with SOTW there is something from the story that I can Google and let my kids look at pictures. It makes it more real to them. We've looked at China's Grand Canal, Pagodas, The Great Wall, Viking long boats, Pyramids, Lions on Jerusalem's walls put there during the Middle Ages, Aztec monuments, Globe theater..........the list goes on and on.
I often will suppliment SOTW with a short book on the same subject just to give varity. I've even found interesting movies at the library on different countries written especially for children.
I think it would be wise of you to speak with your husband about this sort of “history.” I feel that having your child exposed to these notorious heathen cultures could be a dangerous potential for demonic activity in your household.
Whatever happened to good Ol’ U. S. of A. History? Other than biblical history that is all the history I feel my kids need.

You don't need to be Christian or moral to disagree with abortion. Just imagine a woman who haunted with her unborn child.

imho, the reason that the rapture idea receives so much criticism/mockery is because . . .it's true.
Aside from the fact that it is taught in Scripture, outright mockery and rudeness toward those who are expecting it to happen are also pretty reliable indicators that it's true.

Quote# 37356

(there's much more stupid where this came from)

"Oh this Evolution crap again!!!

How many times has it been proven that an amoeba's genetic system no matter what mutagenic substance it becomes exposed to won't mutate into that of a nematode, for crying out loud! I just can't imagine this crap becoming a theory in the first place. it shouldn't have gone past the hypothesis level. Since transforming one genetic system into another will probably never be accomplished in the laboratory, anything that this evolution crap assumes as an amoeba "evolving" into a multicellular organism should only be taken as mere speculation and nothing more.

And these evolutionists even have the guts to classify Latimeria sp. as a "Lazarus taxon." HAHAH LMFAO. What? Something resurrected from the dead? HAHAH LMFAO. The bewildering resurfacing of the coelacanth (Latimeria sp.) is what i think to be the proverbial nail that seals the coffin of this "theory" of evolution. This lobe-finned fish and its cousins were thought to be the source of the missing link for fishes & amphibians. they first appeared during the Devonian Age and thought to have been extinct since the Cretaceous 6 million yrs ago. Unfortunately for evolutionists & atheists, a coelacanth species appeared off the coast of S Africa in 1938, after a long, long absence from the 'evolutionary' stage, amazingly unchanged after millions of years of existence, proving that its genetic system has remained stable through all those years. I'm sure a lot of evolutionists have been scratching their heads ever since. HAHAH LMFAO

The theory of evolution is just a HOPELESS DELUSION of atheists. I'd like to be counted as one among many who strongly advocate that this alleged "theory" be only taught to graduate students of SPECULATIVE BIOLOGY! It's really nothing more than stupid religion for those with "amoeboid consciousness." HAHAH LMFAO"

Quote# 37292

I think im speaking for most of us here when I say I am tired of living in a country that promotes sin and a satanic lifestyle. I was not born a christian only to have some godless person try to instill their beliefs on me or my family. Something needs to change. If we are to win the war on terror then we need to get everyone on the right side. Why dont we see any Christification camps? Children should be taught the Truth of Christ at a young age so that they cannot grow up believing in satan...

I understand why Bush has been divinely inspired by the Lord Jesus Christ, because only he understands the perils that our country and Christian Citizens of the United States face on a daily basis. The inherit threat of the mohammedons must cease, and we must be able to live our lives without fear of being killed in the name of Satan(allah). I think we need to have Christification camps open up through the country, requiring mandatory attendance for people who chose to believe in false religions. This is a real threat we are facing and we need to take it very seriously...

Quote# 37283

--there's just small things on the planet that could -easily- change depending on your beliefs. I believe in the great flood, so I believe the grand canyon was formed from it. There is little to no erosion between the layers and this makes sense with them being laid at the same time. Scientists say it was a tiny amount of water and millions of years, I think it was a huge amount of water and mere moments. I mean...look at Mount St. Helens! Friggin thing gave us several hundred feet of sediment in DAYS. Yet had nobody been around to record it, it's almost a given the losers today would be telling you it happened millions of years ago as well.

Another example with the flood is fossils. Most scientists say they must take millions of years to fossilize, but most Christians don't (because most believe the flood caused them). Unfortunately for them though, boots, clocks, and other fairly modern items have been found fossilized in the past years.

In some cases like the last two, it's rather unfair to say the Bible is wrong because it doesn't match with science--because it does! It's just that their theory is the one that gets thrown into the text books because they're the guys who get the final decision.

(Genocide doesn't matter to god. Child slavery doesn't matter to him. Rape isn't even a sin in the Old Testament. Unless of course, it was a married women you chose as your victim.

If that's not a license to sin, what is?)

Do you honestly expect me to believe this BUNK? God crushed His own people for their sins repeatedly in the OT. All sin damns the soul. God hates all sin.

And like I will CONTINUE to say, you don't know the word of God until you read itin Hebrew and in Greek. Go buy a Strong's Concordance and then we'll talk about rape and slavery.

Slavery WAS NOT like you think it was 200yrs ago.

Just more confirmation that Obama is the Beast whose number is "666":

http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/pol/569681714.html

Barack Hussein Obama is the Antichrist. The number of the Beast is 666.

Barack: 6 letters
Hussein: 7 letters
Obama: 5 letters
6+7+5=18=6+6+6
QED

Take all permutations of 5,6,7 (3! = 6):
567
576
657
675
756
765
Sum them (3996), divide by total number: 3996/6=666
QED

Barack Hussein Obama was born in 1961=1998-37=666x3-666/(6+6+6).

Revelations 13:18=(6+7) : (6+7+5): "If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666."
QED

Conclusion: You tell me. This is not a drill.

Quote# 37302

[On a school's pro-gay curriculum that allows no exemptions]

Kaffir: Supt. Paul Ash should have his credentials revoked and then be denied the opportunity to wreck havoc in the lives of any other children. In all of the schools where I've worked it was standard proceedure to first send a parental notification form home for the parents to review and sign. Without the signed parental form, the student would then be allowed to be taken from the room, to work on homework. But, to do what was done at this school is outrageous! This smacks of Nazi/Soviet-style tactics. This is still the U.S.A., not the U.S.S.A. (the Union of Soviet Socialist Americans)!

john1944: Taken out back and beaten half to death is more like it. No 'smart bastard asshole' will EVER tell my kids what they have to learn/hear/believe. It's time for a big slaughter.
