If you believe in the theory of evolution why do people have different languages? you will not say again its in the process of learning..because as far as I know if you indeed believe in chipmunks as an origin of your life why do monkey parents will teach his kin different languages if he can teach only one language.. so I strongly believe what it say in Genesis 11.. Please Read The Tower of Babel..Hope this will be a point to those who want to have a proof of God.

[More Hypocrite than Fundie. So abortion is wrong but miscarriage is a blessing?]

My younger daughter who is now 34 was pregnant for the first time at age 15. Fortunately, it was a miscarriage. The second one (still as a teen) was still-born. After she got married, she had four beautiful and healthy children (3 boys and 1 girl).

You are begging the question. Please prove that I have no evidence that God exists. The problem is, I have presented evidence, such as YOUR ability to reason, you just discount the evidence subject to your presuppositions. The thing is though, your presuppositions cannot account for your ability to reason, whereas mine do.
By the way Dale, how is it that you know that your ability to reason is valid again? Oh wait, you haven’t answered that yet.

(Another sign of the endtimes!)

raptureshoes says:
another thing that is different for me: I still laugh and find things silly, but I cannot tell you the last time something really cracked me up - side-splitting gut buster laughing. Anyone else?

Steve53:
I too find less and less things humorous to the point of being "side splitting" funny. Everything for me these last few years has been tinged with an otherworldly awareness that's keeping me grounded and constantly looking beyond what's before me.

Does that make sense?

Quote# 42241

A loving gay couple could confuse the child to thinking that the homosexual lifestyle is ok, but it is not. Think of it this way, would you want a couple with psychological problems to adapt? Much research has been done (buried by the intelligencia) to indicates that homosexuality is a sickness developed very early on through a lack of critical factors typically found in the parental/ child relationship. When these factors are absent in early, early childhood development, the Childs unmet need deviently turns inward and manifests to be met in the homosexual urge. Therefore, homosexuality is a psychological disorder that would preclude them from becoming parents.

Quote# 42245

Evolutionists are pseudo intellectuals who perceive themselve to be smarter than "creationists". According to evolutionists, "creationists" are 18th century rednecks. That was true, but your kind belonged to that very group as well at that time.

Your intellect is SKIN DEEP. Your arguments ARBITRARILY presumed "correct". Things that don't make sense are not mentioned.

You live a LIE, because you are the LYING KIND.There is nothing intellectual about evolutionists, but PRETENSE.

The AURA of being "scientific". Pathetic foolishness.

Venomfangx made so many movies exposing the fallacies of evolution as well as hundreds of others and you still didn't get it. How dumb can you be?

Michelle Obama confirms husband's support for homosexual causes
Michelle Obama told the Democratic Party's Gay and Lesbian leadership Council Thursday night that her husband will repeal federal policies that she says limit the rights of homosexuals.

This is such an indicator of the absolute end of the age.
When someones wife stands in Front of the nation and says this as if it was a good thing you know we have entered the twilight zone.

the fact is that nobody is oppressed in the United states.
People like Homosexuals and many blacks like to keep pedaling that idea for their own political ends but it's a lie and they all know it.

Quote# 42217

The Texas Supreme Court on Friday threw out a jury award over injuries a 17-year-old girl suffered in an exorcism conducted by members of her old church, ruling that the case unconstitutionally entangled the court in religious matters.

In a 6-3 decision, the justices found that a lower court erred when it said the Pleasant Glade Assembly of God's First Amendment rights regarding freedom of religion did not prevent the church from being held liable for mental distress triggered by a "hyper-spiritualistic environment."

Laura Schubert testified in 2002 that she was cut and bruised and later experienced hallucinations after the church members' actions in 1996, when she was 17. Schubert said she was pinned to the floor for hours and received carpet burns during the exorcism, the Austin American-Statesman reported. She also said the incident led her to mutilate herself and attempt suicide. She eventually sought psychiatric help.

But the church's attorneys had told jurors that her psychological problems were caused by traumatic events she witnessed with her missionary parents in Africa. The church contended she "freaked out" about following her father's life as a missionary and was acting out to gain attention.

{... speaking about a visit to the Coca Cola Space Science Museum. I just lost 10 IQ points reading the discussion in this thread so you don't have to ...}

Of course we left the video early and slipped up the darkened corridor towards the exit which is typically lit after the video, dropping Chick/Hovind tracts “In the beginning” and “Big Daddy” everywhere.

It wasn’t a ‘full house’ but people came out had the other side as well. ;)

On that note, I also enjoy visiting my local Walmart from time-to-time and shop for groceries, on my way down the drink aisle to get my Mt Dew and Coca Cola on the left, I turn to the right while passing the beer and wine aisle. Its amazing how easily those tracts fit snugly inside the box handles of the 12/24 packs ;) Something everyone should do is take a hand full of tracts with ya to the store… Slip those in from time to time… Easy witnessing, you can make good use of those prepaid solicitation envelopes you get in the mail also, forget the return credit application, just pop in a gospel tract, make the soliciting company pay for sending gospel tracts to the receiving department employees. :)

How ironic that the anniversary is still deemed worth observance considering that this "first shot" missed so wildly. This crackpot theory would never have gotten off the ground if Darwin could have seen inside the cell. It might have humbled him enough to abandon his RACIST *theory* but in the years since, you've all become much to arrogant to admit the truth.

Neverlution is totally impossible. It only works if you have a system already in place and you *want* to view that system solely through the cone of uncertainty.

Quote# 42234

Muslims have complained over a police advert featuring a puppy sitting in an officer's hat.

A police force has apologised to Islamic leaders for the "offensive" postcard advertising a new non-emergency telephone number, which shows a six-month-old trainee police dog named Rebel.

The German shepherd puppy has proved hugely popular with the public, hundreds of who have logged on to the force's website to read his online training diary.

But some Muslims in the Dundee area have reportedly been upset by the image because they consider dogs to be "ritually unclean", while shopkeepers have refused to display the advert.

But some Islamic scholars believe that dogs are impure and therefore 'haraam' - or forbidden - except for use in hunting or farming, and that it is not hygienic to keep a dog in the house.

They say that the "impurity of dogs is the greatest of animal impurities", and anyone who touches one must wash the body part that has come into contact with the animal seven times.

Mohammed Asif, a Dundee City councillor who sits on the Tayside Joint Police Board, said the postcards had been raised this week with John Vine, the chief constable.

He said: "My concern was that it is not welcomed by all communities, with the dog on the cards. It was probably a waste of resources going to these communities. The police should have understood.

"Since then the police have explained that it was an oversight on their part and that if they had seen it was going to cause upset they would not have done it.

"People who have shops just will not put up the postcard. But the police have said to me that it was simply an oversight and they did not seek to offend or upset."

Quote# 42173

(on athread about if the US should be the world's policeman)

What is the socialist position that would have the world at peace? Could it be the total elimination of wealth differentiation controlled by a UN police force? Could it be the total disarmament of citizens throughout the world and counceling for all those who even think of harming another human? Is it a total love drug induced love fest like back in the sixties?

You 'all can find fault with everything real but have no answers other than the imaginary utopia that will never happen...................until Jesus Christ returns.
Oh, I forgot, you socialists can never accept Christ as your savior or the answer so this cannot be included in your possible solutions

I am trying to figure out as an impartial person why scientists say there is no evidence for design.

I think species should have evolved first with only one eye. After realizing that one eye cannot create depth perception, nature would have generated another eye following thousands of years of evolution. We know this is not true. Someone or something already knew that one eye would not be enough.

Please tell me what is wrong with my theory?

Do you really want to end it all? You won’t have the stomach to stand against militant Islam - that would be so intolerant and un-PC, wouldn’t it? You don’t want to be bothered raising kids right? Just DINK yourselves out of existence and let Christians raise up soldiers to defend you.

(Yet another "Oh my god the Rapure's gonna happen any minute" type thread.)

FoundAgain:
Not only do the days seem to be shorter and closer together, the sun's light is all wrong. Has anyone else noticed that? There are times that I have stopped dead in my tracks because the light is just wrong for the time of day or the season of the year.

JY11:
It's funny that a few of you mention changes in the sun, the sky, the clouds, ect. I was thinking a few days ago of starting a thread about that very thing! To me, the sun seems unusually bright this year, but the quality of the light is lower. The cloud formations here in central New York State have been bizarre over the last few months.

The bible does not contradict anything in reality. And most scholars believe the bible to be the most accurate history book ever written. It also talks about many things that took up until less then 100 years ago for science to discovery such as "the life is in the blood" which turns out that life comes from the DNA in our blood.

[And the guys signature is also hilarius]
Atheist: A person who accepts not having any worth or meaning to their life.

Evolutionist: Someone who makes a monkey out of themselves
