I think it's sad, I feel bad for them. They're not on the winning side, no wonder they're so angry.
I don't think we should get upset, Jesus said this would happen, why should it bother us? I'm just proud to be mocked for being a Christian, which is the greatest gift in the world, and not for all the dumb things I do that really ARE mock-worthy.

[Despite being linked to the Treaty of Tripoli, he really did post this]

Oh and I'd like to add that I lol that the U.S was not founded on Christianity. Nearly all the original U.S. leaders were Christian. Christianity was originally taught in public schools. The pledge of allegiance mentions God. You don't have to agree with the original leaders to admit that they founded the U.S. on Christianity.

[In response to a scientist who is very close to creating a new form of life.]

For a species that demands control upon it's own life and revels and celebrates the fact that it may possibly be able to create life out of nothing and or basic chemicals. (Which I do not entirely believe) This species in itself would rather feel it was a happenstance occurence out of the primordial ooze than a divine creation. We can believe in all things created by man, but yet we cannot even begin to grasp or understand the very thing that created us.....God. We are an arrogant and prideful race and everyone here regardless of who you think you are, and what alleged intelligence you have...will all have to face the same ending and make the same choices. As your last breath is taken you will not be uttering the names of Darwin or any other scientist, you will desiring heaven and the very God that created you.

The real idiots are the ones who say that homosexuality is okay and call it "reason". There is no reasoning to such a conclusion. All it amounts to is an excuse for homosexuals to continue on living their lifestyle. "I can't help it! I was born this way!" I don't have time for people who believe such nonsense, and I will not tolerate being called an idiot by them.

A Marion man, who allegedly claims to be a citizen of heaven rather than a U.S. Citizen, has been charged in federal court in Cedar Rapids with making a false claim on his taxes.

Richard Lee Mellor, 53, has been indicted on a charge alleging that he sent a tax return to the Internal Revenue Service claiming a refund of about $240,000.

A press release from the U.S. attorney's office in Cedar Rapids says that according to information disclosed in court, the amount claimed represented the taxes that Mellor paid in previous years. Mellor allegedly claimed the taxes were paid in error, in part, because the United States is a fictional entity and he is not subject to the jurisdiction of the IRS.

"Mellor also allegedly disclaimed his U.S. citizenship and claimed, rather, to be a citizen of heaven," the press statement said.

Mellor appeared in court in Cedar Rapids on Thursday and was released on bond. He faces a possible maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.

The trial is set for Nov. 3.

Quote# 47250

[About the recently released video game Spore, which allows players to create and nurture an evolving species.]

I used to like Will Wright. He created Sim City, a fantastic game that celebrated the earth that God created for us and allowed you to use all your God given abilities to make an ideal society. But if you ever felt like you had too much power, God would come in with a tornado or an earthquake and put you back in place.

You would think that as a member of the Episcopal Church, a smart man like Will Wright would not be capable of creating Spore. However, we must be reminded that the Episcopal Church is the only church in america that ordains homosexuals on a regular basis.

It makes sense that a perverted church would cause a man to make the creations he has in this game. It just may be that evolution is not the only thing to fear this game teaching your children.

On the LHC again and this one is truly facepalm worthy

First of all, do NOT believe a thing these intellectual idiots are telling you. The public [you and I] will never be told what the real purpose of this device is being created for, I can assure you. The GOD particle, my foot!!!~ This is the OPPOSITE and it is going to be used for a demonic purpose. There is no BIG BANG. It is all a lie, too. They [science] cannot even cure the common cold. Go check out some Egyptian hieroglyphics and you will see that this thing [Collider] has already been invented. GOD created this whole universe. HE is ever merciful and patience beyond belief. The problem with this thing [Collider] is that there is NO fear of GOD. The time is coming folks, we are all going to be physically/bodily shaking from HIS AWESOME power, not some manmade collider. We are out-of-time. Get right with GOD. Live for HIM…… HE is all we are going to have at the end of it all…… And for some reason, I think all of us [the human race] know this in our "knower". We just need to be reminded that GOD is not up in Heaven wringing HIS hands wondering what is going to happen next. HE is going to shake this whole world to its core…………. He will let man destroy himself - - to a point!!!!~

I was approached by a pastor in Rockford, Illinois. He was somewhat effeminate and less than a man. He came to me and with his dainty voice he said, "Dr. Hyles, can I ask you a question? You strike me as being a very poor loser. Is that true?" I looked at him, paused a moment, and answered, "Don't know . . . I ain't never lost!"

If you are going to make a man of your boy, teach him to be a winner. Yes, he must accept loss gracefully, but he should never enjoy losing. This is where we get our General MacArthurs. This is how Billy Sundays are made. Teach your boys to want to win.

(Apparently Obama even deserves to be reviled for *not* wanting to attack Palin on her daughter's pregnancy.)

Obama came out and said Sarah Palin's family shouldn't be attacked. That was a nice, politically correct thing to say but we shouldn't fail to recognize the vast difference between the Palin family love of children and the Obama family disregard for children. Sarah Palin and her daughter both recognize the expected baby as a blessing. Would any sane person think an unborn baby is something to be destroyed?

we are playing God by creating and implementing this thing and we're not quite sure what were going to get from it . The Book of Revelations in the Bible talks about creatures coming out of the abyss. Could we be making a portal for these demonic being s to enter our atmosphere and torment a third of mankind? Also these chem-trails we are told are the space programs project to control global warming, but the chemicals they are using are causing death and disease to the planets inhabitants, insects animals and humans alike. Its like a dark corporate order wants to destroy what God has made because they have a vendetta of revenge against Him and His creation. Sounds like a world takeover to me. The
Bible says world without end Amen. My question is what kind of world? Human kind or alien(demonic) kind.

Quote# 47160

Morality is not relative. There is a set right and a set wrong. The only reason people believe morality is relative is because of evolution being taught in schools.

Not that I'm trying to make an argument, because what I just said would be completely absurd and close-minded to anyone who doesn't believe what I believe. But it's absolutely stupid to want people to separate church and state, because for anyone who actually believes in their religion, it's impossible to separate it from anything because it encompasses your entire life.

It's not that I hate homosexuals, I just don't think they should be homosexual. Simple. If everyone was homosexual, the human race would die out. I do believe that some people have a stronger tendency to be homosexual, they are more susceptible, but in the some way some people are more easily angered. Doesn't mean you should be angry all the time.

If I believed there is no Christian God than I would not find anything inherently wrong with homosexuality. I would find it socially inadequate and a bad situation for a child to grow up in though. What do you mean it wouldn't confuse a child? If everyone else had a mom and a dad and one kid had two dads, I'd sure as heck be confused.

What I have a problem with is that if you DON'T believe homosexuality is okay, you're labeled as a bigot and intolerant. You no longer have a choice in this society if you want to be respected.

People want Christians to be loving and accepting. Loving we are (or should be). Accepting we cannot be. Asking a Christian or anyone with a religion to accept a different religion or accept something that goes against their religion is asking someone to renounce that their faith is true.

If this IS unfair speculation, than perhaps Obama will eventually learn to CAN IT with the negative attacks, since they seem to bring him so much trouble.
