Islam is based on ACTION. Only in Islam must you act.

All other religions(okay, not AGW) all you have to do is have faith, or believe.

Islam is not a religion, it is an act of slavery to a false prophet, that you must commit acts against other people, pray to an object or dead being, and sacrifice the lives of others to receive a reward. It is similar to old testament Bible, which the koran was written from.

There is more to a person than his human body, and biologists have apparently decided not to study or even acknowledge aspects of human beings which make them entirely distinct from animals. In fact, along with Feuerbach and Lenin they have ideologically chosen to assert that humans evolved naturally from animals; that's why we are animals.

We need not propagate the erroneous assumptions of biologists, or their short-sightedness. Science is more than just physical science. Anthropology and psychology are sciences, and they are by no means required to adhere to liberal, anti-religious positions such as methodological naturalism.

Linneaus is free to put humans where he wants. Meanwhile, God has put us where He wants. Pick a side, my friend.

I had to go back to school in December for a three YEAR program to get my next degree. If I didn't do it, I would lose my job. So I am sitting here procrastinating writing a paper, because in my heart it is stupid beyond measure because I will be going home LONG before this program is done. I obviously can't explain that to my boss. So I sit here on the forums instead of writing my paper because being here with y'all makes way more sense than writing papers!!!!

That's how I feel about everything. My entire focus has become very short range. If I don't need it today, than I won't do it or buy it, because I am praying desperately that I won't be here even tomorrow. Come Lord Jesus, COME!!!!

So, let me get this straight. He's against all forms of torture, yet he has no problem with brutalizing abortions- including infanticide? He claims to stand for and represent the weak and the poor, yet he won't protect the weakest among us? He's for equal rights of all citizens, yet doesn't extend this sentiment to those we hold as the most precious?

It's speeches like this that cause me to be truly amazed at the darkness of this man's soul. When he's gone (God, let this man only serve one term- if that) he will not be missed. If he's even remembered, it will only be memories of how, somehow, America voted for the most evil leader we've ever known. May God turn this mistake into a lesson learned... the hard way. My question for you is why is creation so orderly? The sun rises and sets at designated times. The four seasons come and go right on time. If everything was created by a big bang where did this order come from? Why are all of the planets including the earth so round? If there was a big bang wouldn't they be uneven or jagged.

Yes, there's an afterlife, many of us just refuse to believe it and live for the moment as evidenced by all the craziness that's happening in our world today. If you don't think there's anything after this, why be good? Why help other people? Why not just live selfishly and only strive to get as much as you can in this world? Hmmm, that sounds so much like what is happening right now. Jesus lived--you don't have to have the Bible to see evidence of that--other people of his time wrote about him. As C.S. Lewis said he's either "Lord, liar or lunatic." Too many people have died claiming Christ was who he said he was, and they were killed by being skinned alive, burned at the stake, all proclaiming the same thing. You don't die for something that's a lie. I believe in the afterlife and Christ is The Way to that life. It's a shame that we can be so skeptical about something that should be the top thing on our list. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised though...I just now saw the "most recent questions" posted right below where I'm now typing. Wow, judging by the questions asked here, it certainly proves my point that we're more interested in the very silly and temporary things of this world. I will continue to pray for our nation.

The women are the ones that caused the welfare/government programs to be set up to the extent that they are now. They are the ones who want someone to "help" take care of them when they decided men were not important to them (thank you old line feminists), so they turned to the government. Transplanting organs is NOT always successful and REJECTION is a major concern of doctors. ADULT stem cell research has had more success with many medical diseases than all the glorious OPINIONS that you hold do highly.

We need to put our foot down and force the oppressive left to accept the fact that we are human beings, all of us. Endowed with God given rights to not be killed just because our mother is a bitch or the state thinks the bus is a bit crowded... It wouldn't be "no abortions". But it would require every abortion be taken to court, where a fetus could have a lawyer and jury and he actually has a chance. He's treated with dignity and respect even at his earliest stages of life. That is what our country should be known for.
