There are three statuses that have always coexisted on American soil.
<...>
The birthright status
American State National
The freeborn birthright status. Free, sovereign, and independent. Operating on the land and soil jurisdiction. Claims constitutional guarantees and protections as the Secured Party Creditor of this country. Nationals are not obligors of U.S. Bonds, U.S. Bills, or U.S. Notes i.e. debt and instead exerts exemptions.
The first foreign status
U.S. Citizen / British Territorial Citizen
A voluntary foreign status for those loyal to the British Crown. The status most Americans have been enrolled into at birth — without disclosure, without consent. U.S. Citizens are the actual obligors of debt; as citizens they have an obligation to pay that debt.
The second foreign status
Citizen of the United States / Municipal Citizen
A second foreign status under the Municipal Government in Washington DC, operating under Roman Civil Law. Most Americans carry both foreign statuses simultaneously.

The Constitution for the united States of America — note the exact name, which differs from what most Americans were taught — is a document of dual nature. It is both a trust document and the articles of incorporation of a unique inheritance. Learning it as a trust changes how everything else is read. The Preamble fulfills the requirements necessary to establish a trust. It identifies the Grantors, the Statement of Purpose, the Grantees, the Statement of Intent, the Written Indenture, and the name of the entity being created. The founders followed the common law of England — stretching back a thousand years — in structuring this document so that it would have the force of ageless law. The founders' intent was to secure and pass on the sovereignty of the people to the people of future generations of Americans, in perpetuity. That sovereignty — the standing of the people as the source of governmental authority rather than its subjects — is what state national status reclaims.
