Personally I hate the term "business as usual" because I don't think it truly describes what we are seeing today. As you stated above with the soon to be financial collapse, global immorality, USA defection of Israel, global violence, global chaos, then we all of a sudden have the rise of earthquakes & volcanoes in various places, rise of many old and new plagues globally, and the coming famine . . . this all is not business as usual.

They did eat, drink, got married Luke 17:27, Matt 24:38 We currently have a society that is morbidly obese, that also loves to drink. We have a mixed society of unsaved that either just shack up & live together and those that get married but then get divorced after just a few months or weeks and then hook up with someone else without blinking an eyelid. We also have gay marriages that are embraced and accepted lifestyles.

Earth is filled with violence Genesis 6:13 Yes, we see that violence is really out of control now, spouses killing each other or parents killing their own children, humans eating the flesh of other humans, other governments shooting and killing their citizens without any remorse, etc.

The times we are living in are not business as usual, but its the perfect description of the days of Noah and Lot, which means its very close . . . we just need to look up and rejoice . . . JESUS IS COMING SOON!

Quote# 89731

In Oregon a husband and wife received probation after pleading guilty to negligent homicide in the faith healing death of their 16-year-old son. According to reports, Russel and Brandi Bellew allowed their 16-year-old son to die a painful and agonizing death from an infection caused by a burst appendix, choosing to treat their son with prayer rather than modern medicine.

The couple pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide on Tuesday, September 18, and were sentenced to five years probation after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.

16-year-old Austin Lewis Sprout died after his appendix burst in December. Because of religious beliefs Sprout’s mother and stepfather watched the boy die rather than seek medical attention. Sheriff's Office deputies from Lane County, Oregon, arrested Brandi and Russel Bellew (Sprout's mother and step-father) in February after a seven-week investigation into the teen’s death.

Brandi and Russel Bellew are members of the General Assembly Church of the First Born, a faith healing church that has been implicated in the death of numerous children over the years. And apparently, the faith healing church is also implicated in the death of two other members of Sprout’s family.

Last year the Oregon House or Representatives voted to end legal protection for parents who choose faith healing over modern medicine to treat their sick child. The Oregon State Medical Examiner's office has estimated that in the past 30 years, more than 20 children of faith healing church members have died of preventable or curable conditions.

Quote# 89730

So there I was, sitting in Applebee's having a nice lunch (a cup of french onion soup their signature club sandwich) and lo and behold on the tv facing me 10 feet away I have to put up with being indoctrinated on the evils of homophobia by ESPN.

For those of you that haven't heard, Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Yunel Escobar had the audacity to write some miniscule word in Spanish on his eye black during a recent game that the gay gestapo deemed "homophobic". Even though Escobar apologized and lowered his moral standards into the gutter by stating that he's not homophobic and has fag friends, the tolerant child molesters at GLAAD (Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) would have nothing to do with it, and Escobar was suspended for 3 games and forced to pay the $92,000 lost in wages to GLAAD and "You Can Play", a group of proud/unrepentant homosexual athletes (all 12 of them).
http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/83...slur-eye-black
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-400_162-...-on-eye-black/
http://youcanplayproject.org/

What was so disgusting about the ESPN coverage is that some lisper from GLAAD sat there talking with a panel from ESPN about the evil of homophobia for a half hour (hence ruining my nice lunch) and NONE of the former athletes not once dared say a word denouncing the immoral, promiscuous, disease ridden 'deathstyle'.

Undoubtedly they wanted to keep their jobs.

We continue to suffer the catastrophic consequences of Obama’s fantasist, anti-freedom foreign policy. The U.S. government is now saying that these anti-freedom riots have nothing to do with America or U.S. policy, but are solely about a video about Muhammad.

In fact, the riots have everything to do with America and U.S. policy. They are about freedom of conscience and freedom of speech: they’re an attempt to get the U.S. to shut down free speech and criminalize criticism of Islam, in accord with Shariah blasphemy laws. And the Obama administration is responding by putting a huge target on the head of the First Amendment (and on that of every U.S. citizen who exercises that constitutional right). This is a constitutional coup.

Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for
Ding Dongs or Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans,
blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want
steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women
Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we'll test
recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos
and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs,
alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in
a military barracks?
You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your
"home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be
inventoried.
If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your
own place.

In addition, you will either present a
check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of
trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you.
We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo
and speakers and put that money toward the “common good..”

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of
the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules.. Before
you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem,"
consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for
doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least
attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system
rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

AND While you are on Gov’t subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes that is
correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will
voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov’t
welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

The problem is the core of Islam. This is what it teaches and to say that this is a small number of people—no, the small number of people are the ones that are peaceful in Islam and they’re apostates, they aren’t true believers. But those are the ones that our elites are used to doing business with, those are the ones that the businessmen in the West, they’re dealing with the apostates; our politicians, our ambassadors are dealing with the apostates. Look at Christopher Stevens, the ambassador that was killed, he was probably a homosexual. Many of the diplomats, the State Department diplomats that I meet with in the Middle East when I go are homosexuals. When I went to the Jordanian embassy a few years ago the ambassador took the group of us that were there on a fact-finding mission and he wanted a picture of us with him in front of a rainbow colored flag, not the US flag. We send people there and they deal with people on an elite level that aren’t really truly Muslims, we send nutcases over there who are dealing with apostate Muslims and then they report back that this is Islam. This is not Islam. What Islam teaches is what is being dealt in the streets.

Quote# 89710

For feminism to exist as a valid movement, there must be violent conflict, so many of the efforts of feminists have sought to provoke just that. For example, in teaching that women must “take back the night” from men, women were encouraged to be militant against all males, which can only have unfortunate results, given the hands-down male superiority in combat. Women have further been encouraged to fight men in all areas of society rather than cooperate with them, which is guaranteed to create some violently anti-female men. Unsurprisingly, more mentally unstable and out-of-luck men are lashing out violently against women, just as feminists have always hoped for.

You see, for a feminist to justify her job there must be some degree of brutality against women. Gender war is essential to feminism. So, if you are a feminist, the hapless women murdered or assaulted by the damaged men feminists have created are necessary sacrifices for advancing the feminist agenda. It’s a pretty simple concept. Too bad for the girls who ended up on the wrong end of these men’s rage, but hey, if you’re a female senator or staffer it’s good business for your cause. And we all know that feminism has never been about the typical woman who lives a humble life, but rather the ambitious elite who want to have access to the big boys and big money on Capitol Hill and Wall Street.

...

Women’s best bet for security is not in denouncing and fighting men, as feminists would have it, but in cooperating with them and taking on their proper role. Feminists would willingly sacrifice women for their own power, but ordinary men will sacrifice themselves for the women in their families.

Don't even acknowledge them. They deserve nothing. If they choose to discuss our faith, that is fine. However, if they desire to mock and ridicule, then that tells me more about them than any biography. These immature psuedo-intellectuals sit in their mom's basement and troll the internet for easy targets to boost their stunted egos. Picking on individuals with conviction is an effective means of coping with a poor self image and feelings of worthlessness from a lifetime platonic and superficial relationships and living. Christians are among the most desirable targets, because our words and beliefs cut deep into their under-developed consciences. Let them laugh and scoff. In fact, I encourage it. That's the last good feeling they'll have for a good 7 years pretty soon. Let them laugh one more good time, really have a riot. Perhaps these memories will comfort them in their abject terror when they are faced with judgement from a Holy God. Maranatha.

We stood strong (aside from Jimmy Carter) with Israel for 70 years. We had a COVENANT with them that Obama Hussein CONFIRMED WITH MANY when he was elected and inaugurated as POTUS. Just a few months ago, after 3.5 years, Obama Hussein broke that COVENANT.

Obama Hussein does not stand with the Father and the Son. Obama Hussein stands with the 'great' (his words) Islam. He stands with THEM; he stands with their FALSE PROPHET; and he stands with their god ALLAH.

Jerusalem is the center of the world, the capital of Israel, and the center of chaos that was begun by the 9/11 attacks on our Consulate in Libya.

Until Obama Hussein, we stood beside her. Now, she stands with only God as her Protector. As a nation, that which elected a man named "Hussein," we have foresaken her.

Yet, everyone seems so surprised...

I was just wondering out of frustration, why do we have the Supreme Court and the judical branch of the government? THey seem to do nothing but bad things to this country. They outlawed school prayer in the 1960s, they legalized abortion in the 1970s, they declared anti-sodomy laws unconstitutional back in 2003 i think? And many lower courts have forced Gay marriage in states even when the people of those states have voted to keep marriage between a man and a women.

Recently Roberts voted Obamacare was legal as a tax, I feel almost like he was paid off to rule as he did.

Why do we have this part of the government that can made sweeping decrees and laws with the slam of a gavel? Why allow these unelected people to go against the will of citizens, enforcing their own kind of law on all of us without our consent?

Why not just get rid of this problem, and eliminate the judicial branch?

The CNN, MSNBC Secular Media is promoting terrorist attacks against Christians. Maybe the Floyd Corkins assassination attempt on Tony Perkins will wake up the Christian Church in the nation? When will CNN, MSNBC and other secular networks stop giving the LGBT leaders a platform to preach their hate speech and violence towards Christians. Their has been thousands of threatening messages and acts of violence against Christians. It is only a matter of time before another LGBT gay activist like Floyd Corkins, sets out to shoot up a Chick Fil A or Christian Church. Thanks to the Left wing agenda of the White House, Democrats, CNN, MSNBC and other secular networks. When we pray, we are telling God what we need. But we need to act and God will act on Our Behalf. How did you know that there are plenty of religious people in prison ? How, by statistics ? Statistics do not and can not possibly know, because NO ONE can be inside one's head to know what one truly believes or what one lies about. Just because a prisoner opens the bible for the first time, just probably to show up to get early parole does not mean he believes the book he is staring at. You can only define a man best thru his deeds, not what he says or said. Evil deeds are done by evil people.

This another flaw that you are displaying in public, no different than the one which you think "trusting" is "knowing". Need I insult you for your obvious flaws, no, of course not. I have no ego like you do to insult your neighbors to feel better than them. ”

Quote# 89663

After confronting people out on the street with what the Word of God says and then reading what is happening in the news, I have to ask the question, "Why are the pro-family groups having such a hard time discussing the crime of homosexuality?" What has become evident to me is the fact that most of these groups do not publicly address homosexuality as a crime and then demand that our civil authorities arrest, prosecute, and punish the sodomites.

Christians need to understand that this is the same mistake that the pro-life groups made years ago by not addressing the criminal activity of murder -- by abortion. In the 60's and 70's when criminals began to proclaim a right to commit murder (abortion right), pro-life groups capitulated to the false notion that a "right" to murder innocent people by abortion, in fact, existed, which led them to erroneously conclude that a particular method of murdering people could then be regulated legislatively (abortion regulations). Many Christians who bought into that tragic mind-set now find themselves entangled in endless debate over medical procedures, licensing regulations, etc., while criminals are allowed to murder children with impunity.

We see exactly the same thing happening with the false claim of gay rights. Many pro-family groups are capitulating to the false notion that "gay rights," in fact, exist and therefore, are not maintaining their focus on addressing the truth that homosexuality is a crime.

Consequently, these groups are now finding themselves in protracted, defensive strategies over gay marriage, same-sex unions, domestic partner benefits and gay adoption while the criminals are allowed to sodomize each other and members of society with impunity.

When ministering to homosexuals, one of the first things we let them know is that there is no such thing as a right to commit sodomy.

Quote# 89662

Civil officials have a God ordained duty to execute sodomites.

The word of God commands, "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them" (Lev.20:13).

Have we not been taught that homosexuality is an abomination (Lev.18:22). And those who engage in homosexuality are so vile that their very presence defiles the land and its inhabitants (Lev.18:25-28).

This sodomite defilement brings eternal damnation upon all who approve of homosexuality (Rom.1:32, 13:2) and brings God's righteous judgment of punishment and death on the society as a whole (Gen.19:24-25, II Pet.2:6).

The Magistrate, in his proper role, "beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil" (Rom.13:4).

Since Magistrates have such a sure Biblical mandate to protect the innocent people in society by using the sword to execute sodomites (he that doeth evil), why then, are Christians encouraging civil officials to ignore the commandments of God concerning homosexuality?

Where does it say in the Bible, "If a man lie with mankind as he lieth with a woman, you shall pass a Marriage Protection Amendment"?

Such legislative efforts make the commandments of God of no effect, and Christian men involved in these efforts should be ashamed of themselves for engaging in pharisaical deceit against the ordinance of God in front of His people (Matt.5:17-20, 15:7-9; Rom.13:2).

Quote# 89652

The thing is Dr. McGrath is telling people to NOT use the very thing element God said to use. God said, faith pleases Him; The JUST shall live by FAITH; and then we have all those people held up as examples for using FAITH in Hebrews 11.
Now as to the distorted idea behind those charts we can see that a person who drew them up prefers secular science over the way God wants science to be used. Their bias is clearly seen in their demonstration of their ignorance of what Faith is.
Faith doesn't exclude new information, it excludes the lies told by secularists and those who pursue alternatives to the Bible. That is why God said to get wisdom and understanding so that one can use discernment correctly when confronted with ideas that contradict the Bible and see when the blind are trying to over-rule those who have clear sight.
Genesis is true book containing true answers science doesn't promote itself in that manner. There in lies one of the problems with using secular science--it doesn't have the answers for the world and is completely useless.
Another problem with that variety of science is that it is redundant and wastes valuable resources. We already know how everything came to be but since unbelievers reject God's word, they have to come up with something to fill the void in their lives. Thus they waste billions chasing an unprovable and unverifiable idea.
People are suffering because of this fruitless pursuit of knowledge we already have and that helps make their version of science wrong.
It is also wrong because it is not the truth and it has no hope of becoming the truth.
Now we come back to the question Dr. McGrath and others refuse to answer: Where in the Bible or even history does God grant permission to take secular or other versions of science over His word? and a new one: Where does God say blessed are they who use science over faith?
Science used correctly and within the rules of God is helpful to the world, sadly, too many people get lured away by the lies of the secular world and science is abused and mis-used for the secular agenda--turning people away from the truth.

Quote# 89638

Women around the world have swallowed a detestable lie that a person’s identity can somehow be separated from his or her biological body. This lie has women believing that freedom can only be found once she has separated her personal identity from the procreative potential of her body. Women are told that this will give them sexual freedom and make them more like men. Living this lie necessitates contraception, which effectively separates a woman from her feminine fertility, and abortion to cover up the mistakes that will arise when contraceptive technologies fail[...]

Women like Fluke who accept this detestable lie, have thereby rejected the glorious beauty and radiant splendor of what is really at the core of a woman’s being, namely her profound ability to procreate, to form a new life, to carry that life within her for nine months, to birth that new life into the world, and to nourish that life until it reaches independence.

The life-creating potential and nurturing capacities that belong to a woman’s very nature are most marvelous. But in the name of so-called freedom, Fluke and others want to elect a president who will support them in rendering their feminine bodies sterile and who will aid them in killing their offspring when their sterility strategy fails[...]

Women like Fluke are not fighting against the alleged “War on Women”; they are in fact its biggest perpetrators. Contraception and abortion have separated women from their true selves. Depraved men, capitalizing on this unnatural separation, have used and abused women’s bodies like never before. Women are commonly degraded as objects for recreation, pleasure, and profit. They are dehumanized and depersonalized through pornography and prostitution. Their so-called “freedom to choose” has not exalted them, but has effected their very reduction and abasement. Women’s “right to choose” has not led to freedom, but to the meanest form of slavery and servitude. It has made women believe that they only way they can be equal and free is by killing their own children.

American or any nation cannot honor and respect women as they truly deserve until every man, woman, and child has learned the meaning of these words: “Blessed is the fruit of your womb.”
