Let's see. I only took one biology course in University (and it was combined with geology a mix of history of life and rocks for jocks) but I will see what I can say to answer these
Air or lungs?
Air. The atmosphere was around long before any organisms developed to take advantage of it
Heart or blood?
This is a tricky one. Fluid that held nutrients in cells developed first, but it may not be considered blood. Then a pump developed to move that fluid between cells. As more cells developed then the fluid became more important the simple pump evolved to be more efficient. Depending on when you would classify when something is a heart or blood it could be heart first, blood first, or both at the same time (for a given value of time)
Sleep or Night?
Night. Day and night cycles were around much longer than organisms that need to remain dormant to regain energy
Male or female?
Female, if you define the female as the parent within whom the offspring gestates
Water or thirst?
Water. See my reasons for air and night above. I am typing this on my tablet and my fingers are getting tired
Food or stomach?
Food. When cells could absorb other things into them for nutrients that was the first food. Stomachs evolved to do that more efficiently
Stop the confusion. Read a textbook for the first time (then read a dictionary to help with the bigger words, then back to the textbook, then the dictionary, repeating until you understand what is being said. Nothing wrong with that, I had to)
