That's three percent who have been caught and placed in prison ... Being, ignorant, rude, loud, arrogant, obnoxious, aggressive, confrontational and lacking emotional control doesn't land people in prison.
I have news for you - Most people who have to deal with and are exposed to blacks find it difficult and annoying.
