1. Explain to me your line of reasoning how me and mine having the right to marry is a threat to Western civilization?
How does it impact your quality of life? How does it impact your right to earn a living? To marry? To raise your children? How does it impact your ability to worship as you choose?
2. Marriage is a secular instituion. It is overseen by the government and not the various faiths. It's the government who sets the laws, benefits, and actual rules of the institution. It's the government who oversees divorce. Marriage is a legal contract with practical benefits once you strip away the romantic imagery and religious traditions.
Agnostics, atheists, irreligious people, and the like can and do marry. The Supreme Court (a government body!) legalized the marriage of non-heterosexual couples earlier this year. We can marry bitch and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
For a while in European history, marriage had a significant religious component, once the clergy got involved in the Middle Ages. As far as I know, that's one Catholic innovation that early Protestants never challenged, so a lot of people think marriage has always been a religious institution. But marriage only had a vague connection with religion in early Christianity, and the Catholic Church only declared it an official sacrament in 1184.
You could even say that by decoupling marriage from religious requirements, modern Western societies have taken back a custom that Christianity arrogated for itself. Of course, marriages in pre-Christian times did not involve same-sex couples (with some uncertain or marginal exceptions), but then, marriages in ancient times often did not involve love, even as an ideal, and usually treated women as chattel. Marriage is what we CHOOSE it to be, and it always has been.

1. "Lucifer" is Latin for "bringer of light"; "luciferus" could be an attempt to say "wild light" but, in fact it means nothing because "lux" (light) is feminine and the adjective must agree.
The phrase you'd be looking for is "Lucifer mortuus est."

You're right. Those things ARE due to "progressivism." And it's awesome.
The wars of the Twentieth Century were so horrifying in their brutality and scope that all but the craziest people stepped back and decided we had to do something, and it was done. International agreements, treaties and pacts helped us to define what was and was not acceptable conduct in wartime. Unintentionally or otherwise, globalism and worldwide trade helped tie the economic destinies of different nations together, so that they would help safeguard each other's interests out of mutual self-interest, since anything else was national suicide. And our technology became more and more precise, to greatly limit the collateral damage when force of arms was needed. Scorched-Earth warfare isn't needed anymore. Our fighting forces are more effective without it.
Only psychopaths like you long for a return to the good old days of total war.
As for "burning witches..." considering your username, I'd be careful about gushing with the nostalgia over the witch-hunts. They usef to kill Luciferians that way too.
