As an Indian, I have special powers to tell this asshole to fuck off.
1. 'Filthiest on the planet'? Really? Indian homes are some of the cleanest places you'll find. It's unusual to find an Indian who isn't destitute (and many who are) who does not bathe at least once, if not twice a day. If it's the sweat, you try living in 30 degree plus temperatures without sweating.
2. As opposed to the hallmarks of reality like The Expendables, Transformers, James Bond and your average Marvel movie? (Don't get me wrong, love Marvel movies, and 007, but realistic?) And there are plenty of serious Indian movies (just like there are plenty of serious American, say, movies outside Hollywood - like Hollywood, Bollywood, by definition, is the mainstream). Also, you didn't just call cricket stupid. Now you've gotten the Brits to put down their cup of tea. Half-full.
3. What? WHAT? All of us? Even most of us? Exclusively?
4. Oh yeah, because corruption doesn't happen at all anywhere else, ever. Which is why, in the US, politicians never help corpor... wait.

i. I'm going to assume you're Christian, James. It's a bit rich for you to talk of 'showoff culture' when churches touch the sky, televangelists live lavish lifestyles while claiming to be men of God and megachurches attract thousands of believers.
ii. Are you criticising India the country or Hinduism the religion? They're different things, you know.
iii. Traditions are just superfluous? 'Superfluous' isn't the word I'd use. Useful, yes. Occasionally regressive, yes. Superfluous?
7. Oh, hahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha.
No personality development? A country which, in 60 years, has gone from looted and torn apart to a leader in a number of industries and one of the fastest growing economies in the world needs personality development and a proper mindset? A country which has had more diversity in its Heads of State than the US has had in two centuries needs personality development? A country which boasts, well, NO SCHOOL SHOOTINGS is worse than stray dogs?
(A number of these are legitimate criticisms exaggerated and generalised to form a hateful tirade. I wonder how he got this - perhaps some shitty news channel. However, while these may have some legitimate criticisms, that does not mean that a well-wisher need go into hyperbolic, generalising territory)
