Yes, it is a typical atheist response - because it's 100% true. With a material conditional, a proposition is always true if the \"then\" part is true.
And you are mentally ill and you should be killed.
While this does not, in fact, derive from your alleged heterosexuality, that doesn't matter for propositional logic.
EDIT: Er, in case there was some confusion - I'm addressing Rex. HE's mentally ill and HE should die.
