And, if men were to want any more rights, we would magically all turn gay, right?
What are you afraid of, NNY? Are you afraid that if women have more options they won't sleep with you. Don't worry your empty little head about that. I don't think most women will sleep with you anyway.
" Feminism causes women to leave their husbands, murder their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians"
Pat Robertson (who else?)
That would be Mad Dog who comes when you whistle wouldn't it?

NNY has some serious issues. The term lesbian, was derived from the Isle of Lesbos, the birthplace of the silver tongued Sappho - one of the nine lyric poets of ancient Greece. So clearly, too much erotic poetry leads to Lesbianism, not feminism!
No they shouldn't, it's a little hard to televise an event you'd need a passport to compete in. Although I suppose if they put a lead wall at the end of the pit, it would boost the ratings at the special olympics.
Its amazing, I'm a feminist and yet not a lesbian. In fact, I'm in a committed, long term relationship with a MAN! zomg! How is this possible?! How could I be with someone I saw as my equal?!
“im all for womens rights,”
Just not ALL the rights, huh?
“but too much feminism”
How do you measure feminisms?
What are the units? Votes per job quota? Orgasms per objectification? Pantsuits per interview?
What’s the right amount?
I mean, i kinda see feminism as a binary thing. Either women are equal to men, as far as opportunities, choices, autonomy, and so on, or they’re not.
"too much feminism leads to lesbianism.”
How? If my manager gets equal pay for equal work to a peer, she’ll suddenly decide she liked sports growing up? Or she’ll trade in her blowses for mens’ shirts?
What’s the mechanism, there?
And what’s the problem?
Are you afraid that every women who feels that she’s not being discriminated against will choose to never date you and the race will peter out and die?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
