He's running for POTUS, not Autocrat. He will not be dismissing other elected officials. He cannot under law. He too will have to work with a stultifying bureaucracy lots of the time. Trump is getting high mileage out of outrageous nonsense like "the Wall that Mexico is going to pay for" because, as Hitler stated, most people won't use that level of mendacity, and can't conceive that others could, in front of a whole nation no less. Regardless of what came out of those leaks, Bernie still supports Hillary. Therefore, the leak thing should be moot.

CEOs routinely run their companies into the ground, while enriching themselves. There is no job on earth with less accountability; even a fired CEO typically gets a severance package worth more than my projected lifetime earnings.
Trump has personally done this several times. By the OPs analogy, he will do the same thing to the U.S.: fuck it up through incompetence and malice, and make himself rich in the process.

You know, my parents felt the same way about Perot back in the 90s. They wanted a president who would run the United States of America like a corporation.
Since this consists of selling off major assets, laying off large segments of the workforce and bailing with a golden parachute while leaving your investors and former employees to bear the brunt, they got their wish.
And Trump will be worse than most, since he really only excels at one thing--sticking his name on everything and getting attention.

Trump claimed to be worth $5 billion in 2000. Today he claims to be worth $10 billion. That's 100% in 16 years. That's an annual rate of return of 4.4% ... allowing for personal spending, maybe 5% a year. That's not especially good ... Warren Buffett got about 7.4% during the same period. If Trump had laid off all that "deal-making", given his $5 billion to Buffet in 2000 and sat by the pool for the next 16 years sipping Diet Pepsi, he'd be over 50% richer than he is today. Carl Icahn would have done even better.
