If there's any anti-fact group out there, this man represents it. And he does so with lies and lies and lies and bullshit.
Nothing about that comment deserves deeper treatment than to call it for what it is.

If by "disciplining your children" you mean "beat them up on a regular basis", that's already socially unacceptable in Sweden, not to mention illegal.
Most fundies seem to find studying history as socially unacceptable right now.
We expect the filthy-rich to take responsibility for their actions, but they just push the bill over to the poor.
