Quote# 12477

Given that God is also omnipotent, would not a rational, loving, and fair minded person be petitioning God even now, and encouraging everyone else to petition God, to control the hurricanes and prevent them doing damage (except to evil-doers)? If the rational, loving, and fair minded person does not do this, does he have a right to complain or should he just admit that he is not really rational, loving and fair minded?

You lost the argument when you used the word \"evil-doers.\" It's usually not a good idea to emulate George W. Bush's speaking.

Rational, loving, and fair minded people should be petitioning god to harm other people? And if he/she does NOT do this, then they are to hang their heads in shame and shut up?
What part of that sounds rational to you, rhutchin?
