They literally chase children out of playgrounds in cities like San Francisco and Seattle, while their owners openly blame the kids for “provoking” them. A bullet costs a few cents, and is a lot more humane than dragging the animal off to be held down and stabbed with a needle in a terrifying place. “Putting them to sleep” is a really misleading euphemism. Why not just be a man and shoot them? I know it’s hard for the owner, but it’s much better for the pet. People are such cowards these days that they’d rather other living beings go through pain than suffer a pinprick to their own conscience.

You should be culled.
Fortunately, you never played any part in the life of your children and never will, which you greatly resent. Good - people as horrible as you deserve to be miserable. Of course, it would have been better if that woman would never had have to put up with you at all, if your children actuallly had a father who was worthy of reproduction and sticked around.
The major problem with this, beyond the obvious, is that a frightening lot of people can't shoot straight, which leads to all kinds of interesting potential deaths, none terribly fast.
Why not just be a man and shoot them?
I'll gladly hand over my Man Card if being a man involves "humanely" shooting animals.
Fortunately for me, it doesn't; you're just a crazy person.

Don't have the link handy since The Spearhead's been kill for awhile, but he actually has admitted a fear of dogs from when he was a kid. To be fair, some of said dogs actually were guard dogs, but he's always had an undercurrent of hostility towards Man's Best Friend.
Speaking as someone who's always loved dogs (and cats, though I've actually feared them considerably more much of my life; considering our first one, the dogs concurred), I still view his aversion to dogs in parks (absent allergies) as a fundamental character flaw, among many of course.
Why not just be a man and shoot them?
Because you can miss and the animal could suffer by having a slow painful death, or continue living. Or perhaps the kids may see you killing the pet and hate you for the rest of your life.
As for "holding the animal down and stabbed with a needle", when a pet gets to the point of needing to be put to sleep, it's because their health is beyond saving and their suffering anyway. No veterinarian in their right mind would do it to cull a population.

Says someone who would be an excellent candidate for involuntary euthanasia. Then there would be more oxygen for the other humans and dogs out there.
You can have the option of buying a bullet.

Yeah, but there are the occasional vicious little beasts owned by delusional and/or narcissistic people that shouldn't be allowed out in public. If you're wondering whether I meant the dogs or their owners shouldn't be allowed outside, the answer is "yes". I'm not sure what a good solution for that would be, but I don't advocate this guy's ideas of culling, if for no reason other than it gives psychos an excuse to kill pets for fun.
Most dogs are okay.
Okay, this will probably be an unpopular opinion around here, but I actually support culling stray dogs in some cases, especially when they start threatening people passing by.

His issue with dogs seems to be those owned by Seattle "SWPL's", so he actually may well want that.
Going by this and the other recently submitted quote (about him wanting his daughter to marry a hunter or fisher), Price seems to be heavily driven by spiting "effete" white urban liberals more than anything. Actually, that's prevalent across a lot of his writing for years.
