Could it be that he is partly right? We allow churches to discriminate again women even though, in any other endevour, it is unconstitutional. We allow churches to discriminate on the basis of religion, obviously. So why should a church not be allowed to call the apostle Paul a liar and discriminate on the basis of ethnicity or race.

Tiny - yes, technically for voting purposes a freed black male (or an Indian for that matter) had a 3/5 vote. If I recall, this was actually a concession to the southern states, and not a statement about the real "worth" of a non-white person. The 3/5 vote was given because southern states realized that if freed blacks had a full vote, the northern states would have too much voting power in the nation, and the south would constantly be outnumbered. (Note that the south was perfectly content to count all blacks, freed or slave, as full persons for census purposes, because this gave the southern states a bigger population for purposes of distributing representatives in the House!)
He is completely right about the founding fathers, arrogant bastards they were. In case you haven't try reading even the most liberal of the FF's anti slavery writings. Jefferson for example proposes eliminating slavery but removing black people from the nation so they don't interact with pure white people. And he knew how to interact if you know what I mean!
If his church uses no public funds and is operated as a private club, I say, he can go ahead an dicriminate against whomever he chooses. It makes him look like the king of the asshats (like Freddy Phelps), but it's his choice.

Because your pastor is not following the teachings in his own book. Although, he IS following other parts, x-tianity usually puts the smiliest parts up front. At any rate the pastor is just being a racist asswipe.
See, I think if a pastor wants to make that much of an ass out of himself, let him - I can't imagine anyone WANTING to attend his church, honestly. As long as he paid for the church building and property, that is... if he didn't pay for it, doesn't own it, then no, he does NOT have the right to decide who can and cannot enter, that is the right of his congregation, the people who DID pay for the building and the land. I would like to believe that they would decide it was the pastor who should not be allowed in... but unfortunately, I just don't have that much faith in humanity these days.

I would agree with the first paragraph in that you have the right to ban people from your private property for any reason or no reason at all. Doesn't mean we have to think highly of the pastor for it, but it is his right (if the church is considered private property).
Excuse me, advocating a God that permits their children being expelled and stigmatised from its home?, is it atheism?, no man, God is actually giving away from you. He´s fed up with your bigotism. Not in his name AT LEAST.
