Explain exactly why these organs must only be used for their primary \"purposes\".

Wow. So many things the good Minister doesn't understand the nature of: the reproductive system, artificial or aided insemination, the predominance of heterosexuality in the general population, lesbian sex, lesbian and gay-male sexual roles, anal sex, even freaking hardware. I think the poor man deserves a cup of tea and a lie-down in a nice padded room somewhere.

And Bone_Vulture, fundies have very fixed ideas about gender roles: men are dominant, women are submissive, and that's the only relationship God allows. Fundies shoehorn gay men and lesbians into these roles because they can't conceive of anything else.
