By secular do you mean atheistic? Because if so, that is simply another form of faith.

Dictionaries: they exist for a reason.
Unfortunately, that reason is not to bash people who have no clue what words mean over the head, because I rather feel like doing that right now.
By secular I mean:
Secularism is the concept that government or other entities should exist separately from religion and/or religious beliefs. [...] human activities and decisions, especially political ones, should be based on evidence and fact unbiased by religious influence.

Not one mention of whether gods exist or not, only the viewpoint that they should not be mixed in with politics.
Faith is belief regardless of (sometimes even against) evidence. Atheism, for many, is not believing because of lack of evidence for any gods.
It's just as much a form of faith as you not believing in Vishnu is a faith.
You're a victim of your upbringing. Not believing in your God, Your Bible or your spiritual leaders is NOT a belief.
What sect do you belong to? Baptist or Evagelistic? Catholic? Luthern? Rastafarian? Shaker or Amish? Mormon? Any other Christian belief that fails all evidence?
We don't believe any of you have any answers.
Secular, by the way, means everyone within geographic borders where freedoms of belief are legal. That includes all y'all Jesus freaks
Confused?
