Before these false accusations started, there was no question that Moore was going to win the seat.

Moore will will because he is from the right tribe, and because the evangelical pastors have taught their followers that Democrats are Satan.
Even if Moore raped a child on camera during a debate, they would vote for him. Still better than Satan, and he is a step toward reestablishing our Christian theocratic government.

The best way to make America great, would be to point one of those assault rifles in Moore's direction.
We can never "make America great" by electing people that neither understand nor follow the constitution and the laws of the land. That includes Moore, Trump, then work your way down through the cabinet and the upper echelons of the GOP. "Atleastheisnotademocrat" is a very low bar indeed, and all sorts of scum can make the grade.
I'd like to think that Alabama will do the right thing, but I have no reason to think they will. I've read far too many accounts of them whining that they just can't vote for Jones. I never saw a reason why; being a Democrat or because he prosecuted KKK losers who killed children in a bombing. Their choice is clear- an honorable man or a sexual predator who preyed on teenagers, & yet so many of them are having difficulty deciding. That tells me everything I need to know about the majority of Alabama voters.

Well; Even if Moore were to win....The other elections, this year, came out differently. Virginia's turning Blue. N. Jersey's got a new Democratic Governor.
'Bama will just take a tad longer. When the old guard dies out, change will come. Millenials tend to be less stupid about this sort of thing (Goofy Alt-Wrong 'doods' notwithstanding).
@ JeanP- But do the Democrats really want those voters in their tent? To get their votes, sure, but beyond that, they're still utterly horrible people. I do hope that most of them will pout & keep their worthless asses firmly in their double wides, all because they were forced to voice their support for a known sexual predator.
@ Spuki- The overwhelming majority of the "red" found in Jersey is of the business criminal type, not the bugfuck crazy religious flavor. The business criminals are rotten to the core, but can at least be reasoned with. Murphy, who I voted for, wants to legalize weed, up the minimum wage to $15 p/h, tighten gun laws & tax the richies, all things that bode well for the state.
Considering the abysmal poverty stats, rampant meth problem & health care down in AL, I'm hoping that the "old guard" dies off that much sooner. Actually, I apply that to the entire country. The sooner the fossilized bigots drop dead, the sooner we can back on track.
