[Reply to an article on invisibility being possible in the near future]
Maybe this is a way to scientifically ligitimize demonic activity in the physical realm.
For example:

Why wouldn't your friend just TELL you who they were, anyway? If they just left you in the dark about it and watched you look around confused, they aren't a very good friend, now are they?
I have my own theory:

Alsee: That's funny, especially considering that I once got woken up in the middle of the night by the TV coming on for no apparent reason. It turned out that the cat had stepped on the "Power" button on the remote control, which I had left on the couch, pointed at the set. I think it freaked her out almost as much as it did me!

Actually, there is a new fiber material that bends light waves of certain wavelenghts accross the fiber, giving you a transparent look. IT's EXTREMELY COOL to look at. They say that the other wavelenghts, up to now though, cannot be bent, but they made a woman's body look transparant like a green ghost.

Actually, given that it's DARPA who's actively pursuing cloaking research, the invisible guy tapping on your shoulder is a helluvalot more likely to be a soldier than a demon.
And if he's cloaked when he does it, not only is he not[/t] your friend, you're probably on his bad side at that exact moment, and any "tapping" he or she is doing is probably going to be with bullets.
If you feel a tapping, but can't see anything, that's just because the BBC special effects department went over-budget last week and can't show anything this week. ;)
And on a different note: why would a demon bother tapping anyone on the shoulder anyway? They want to steal your soul, not get your attention.
