(In answer to why young people are leaving the church.)
Get Orthodox or get out.

Perfect, you are being the best propaganda for the church. This way you are making no favour to the church, actually you are risking so much, that maybe you are the one who is getting out.
I seriously doubt Crimson King is truly Orthodox (with a big O). It does beg the question of what little o orthodoxy entails though (it always confused me when I was a Protestant Evangelical). Rapture Ready isn't exactly welcoming to Eastern Orthodox believers as there is a whole world of difference between theology. And, yup, Tiny Bulcher the whole priests, beards, Greek/Slavonic/Arabic/Ethiopian thing is pretty cool. At least I think so, but I'm biased.
I remember watching a part of an Orthodox mass in a little church at Xmas, I think it was in 2004: lots of showmanship, I have to give them that, and the pope had an impressive beard. It would probably have been even more impressive if it had been in an actual Orthodox church, with the appropriate decorations. That said I got bored pretty quickly, but then it is my usual reaction to a ceremony, particularly a religious one.
I'm one of those young people, so I'll give you an answer. I read genesis, and questioned the lack of evidence and thought about the evidence to the contrary. I read leviticus, and questioned the morality of the writer and decided I couldn't and wouldn't follow something like this. Then I read revelation and questioned the writers sanity.
There is more soul in the bass line of 'Court of the Crimson King' than your entire body.
Oh, and;
"On soft grey mornings widows cry,
The wise men share a joke.
I run to grasp divining signs
To satisfy the hoax.
The yellow jester does not play
But gently pulls the strings
And smiles as the puppets dance
In the court of the crimson king."
They visit your church?
Confused?
