They don't try to "defend" it anymore because like Carico, despite a steaming mountain of evidence you can't seem to grasp it. That or you are purposefully ignoring it.

What happened to JohnR7's apparently logical (by his usual standards, anyway) post the other day about symmetry and the development of sexual reproduction? I had a real nice scathing reply, but the post got deleted between me writing it and hitting the submit button.

One of my best friends has a PhD in Biology, specializing in developmental biology, embryology and genetics. He is currently a professor of biology at a university and has several publications. I just gave him a call and he says you're an idiot.
