Amen. Notice the titles of the big gay festivals. None of them contain the word "love."

Titles that I've heard include:

1. Gay pride
2. Southern decadence
3. Fantasy Fest

All of these festivals/orgies seem to revel in celebrating as many sins as possible, including pride, decadence, drunkenness, fantasy, and who knows what, probably astrology and tarot, too.

Yeah, because everyone knows all heterosexual orgies are bound by law to have the word \"love\" in them.

What was the last heterosexual orgy you saw with \"love\" in its title, WhiteH20?

You'll notice they also don't include the word \"linguini.\" I sense a conspiracy.

\"Pride, decadence, drunkeness, fantasy, and who knows what else.\"

If she talking about gays or my old fraternity?

Come to think of it, that sounds a hell of a lot like the Bush White House....

I like how she adds on the astrology and tarot as if they're two of the worst possible things that could happen somewhere.

The icing on the cake was the \"probably astrology and tarot\". So now studing the stars and reading cards are up there with killing someone and rape, good call.

You know ... I don't recall seeing any tarot cards at Dallas Pride last year. Somehow, I don't think that many people will have them this year, either.

One thing I thought was pretty cool, though, is that the Chief of Police and the mayor were both in the parade. I guess that means that Dallas is going down the tubes. Or something.

\"Amen. Notice the titles of the big gay festivals. None of them contain the word 'love.'\"

So what? None of them contain the words sodomy, buggery, blow job, agenda, pedophile, occult, Satanic or sin, either.

I notice that the signs on two churches near my home do not use the words Christian, good, pro-life, conservative, moral or beneficial.

\"Titles that I've heard include:

1. Gay pride
2. Southern decadence
3. Fantasy Fest\"

So what? None of those names seem particularly offensive,

\"All of these festivals/orgies seem to revel in celebrating as many sins as possible, including pride, decadence, drunkenness, fantasy, and who knows what, probably astrology and tarot, too.\"

Christianity is the most popular fantasy in the world. I wouldn't expect you to come out against that.

Including astrology and tarot on that list is unfounded. You have no knowledge that astrology and/or tarot are in anyway involved in any gay pride events. To imply so is tantamount to lying. You remember lying, don't you, sweety? Thou shalt not bear false witness?

And so it has been proven than homosexuals do not love.

Or not really.

Your church doesn't include the word \"love\" therefor it is devoid of it.

Weren't the wise men who attended Christ's birth astrologers who found their way to the stable by following a star?

Terrible sin, fantasy. Especially when written by Robert Jordan.

Fantasy is a sin now? That's bad news for JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis... for all their Chistian devoutness, WhiteH2OWoman has just sent them straight to hell!

Once I heard that they eat babies at those festivals. I heard that's what gives them \"the Gay\". :(

Let's talk about the St Patrick's Day Parade in Chicago, it makes most gay pride parades look like a church picnic. Since when has fantasy been a sin?

Damn, may she never witness the St. Patty's Day celebration in Savannah, GA,

The huge fuck-all party on River Street would make her head explode.

Fantasy is a sin, now? I guess Tolkien is in Hell. (HINT -- a Christian).

Curse you, Alejandro, for you have beat me to it! (Or maybe I'm just not very creative!)

Fantasy? Fantasy isn't a sin. Now, writing giant open-ended epics in which nothing seems to happen may be a sin . . .

Ah, nuts. Tiny Bulcher beat me to it.

Oh, God, yes. I won't permit Jordan in my house, I'm afraid it will contaminate all my other books with meandering, self-serving, overly convoluted, melodramatic claptrap.

Seriously, if I wanted the experience of a Robert Jordan novel, I'd read the toilet paper. After I've used it. On chilli night.

Prudes and puritans hate it when others are enjoying themselves, and they will stop at nothing to demonize it, because it makes all their spincters contract when they see someone enjoying life on their own terms.
