Well, they are not exactly fundies. Well, if they don´t stop thinking as if they were the centre of the world, much better. Some idiots tried to mix up I don´t know what stuff about pederastia and so on just because I am Catholic.
Well, they are not exactly fundies.
They probably are. Most of the groups around here who post shit like that are spectacularly fundie.
As if it wasn't hard enough to find Pagan, Atheist, etc. groups on college campuses, now the christians are begging for 'em!
Well, at least they seem like they're trying to be genuine. They're not saying, "Hey, we're here to convert you whether you want to be or not! You must believe in Jesus!"
It's more like, "If you have questions or are interested in Christianity, come talk to us." Granted their wording is a little... presumtuous, but it seems pretty harmless compared to some of the other stuff we see here.
I'm with Libkitten on this one. This item is just giving a light buzz on the fundometer, not even into the yellow zone. It is a bit self-promotional, but that's what flyers are supposed to be -- it's advertising, and far less annoying than a lot of normal secular ads I see these days.

We must all know that this is played down to get people to call, go to meetings etc. Just like anything else it is going to pick up speed when you go there, that's a given. So it doesn't APPEAR to be terribly fundie, I bet you shekels to unleavened bread it is only the tip of Mt. Ararat.
I think that the use of PAGAN at the beginning is pretty fundie. A pagan doesn't acknowledge YOUR god.

@DCoke:
"Pagan":
Wiki:
Paganism (from Latin paganus, meaning "a country dweller" or "civilian") is a blanket term which has come to connote a broad set of western spiritual or religious beliefs and practices of natural or polytheistic religions, as opposed to the Abrahamic monotheistic religions. "Pagan" is the usual translation of the Islamic term mushrik, which refers to 'one who worships something other than Allah'.
Dictionary.com:
1. one of a people or community observing a polytheistic religion, as the ancient Romans and Greeks.
2. a person who is not a Christian, Jew, or Muslim.
3. an irreligious or hedonistic person.
adjective
4. pertaining to the worship or worshipers of any religion that is neither Christian, Jewish, nor Muslim.
5. of, pertaining to, or characteristic of pagans.
6. irreligious or hedonistic.
So "pagan" for all non-christian religions is correct.
My College Christian-Pagan Interaction, late one Saturday night....
Drunk Guy: Hey, y'all, what're you doin' in here? You should be out gettin' drunk like the rest of us!
Me: We're playing Dungeons & Dragons .
Guy: No, really, what're you doing? There's some great parties down on Greek Row! C'mon!
Me: No thanks, we're just about to break into the dark shrine of Yog-Shoggoth.
Guy: Y'alls Satan's people, aren't you?
Me: Yes. We're going to sacrifice a goat after the game. You can hold the tether, if you want.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
