umm, what is your point? That is all crap? lets say that I am in the medical field, which I am. What we think is right changes every few minutes. This is a fact, research this point. I do not understand the point at all, and no I am not stupid Evolution has been found wanting. What created everything? No matter what you say, you have to have a creator. I wonder what the agenda is behind this? I have studied it a great deal on my way to becoming a nurse, it is like let me close my eyes to this part. Is the missing link is still missing? Where are all these fossils of humans from 1 million b.c.?

Finding a fossil is indeed a rare occurance, especially when comparativley speaking of the number of animals (including humans) that have ever lived. There is no way to know how many creatures that have lived on this earth that we will never know about because there are no fossils to be found. Example: the carrier pigeon is a creature that we know existed, and has been extinct for less than 100 years. Yet there has never been a fossil of a carrier pigeon found. Even if we assume creation by God 6000 years ago, and that He created carrier pigeons at that time, one would think a fossil of one would be found. But no. Had the carrier pigeon gone extinct, say, 1000 years ago before they were catalogued as a species, we probably would know nothing about them today. The point being that just because you think there is a "missing link" does not mean that that creature did not exist.

[1] No, you do not have to have a creator. Please refer to the Law of Conservation of Mass/Energy. Matter cannot be destroyed, nor can it be created. Thus matter -- in one form another -- has always existed.
[2] Humans didn't exist in 1 million BC. We're the new kids on the block. Many of our precursors were here then. But homo sapiens has been around for perhaps 100,000 years. [3]Few facts in science have been better demonstrated than the succession of increasingly advanced hominids. Hundreds of fossils exist, and more are discovered every year. Pop into any museum of natural history. Better yet read a bona fide book on the subject. (Wow! There's an idea!) And for chrissake stay away from my bed.

Have you noticed how rare it is that we find out we were totally on the wrong track? Have you noticed how all our new explanations encompass our old explanations? For example: if you're in the middle of the desert, or in the woods, or on the plains, the earth looks as if it is flat (not uniformly so, obviously). Old explanation: the earth is flat. Newer explanation: the Earth is round, but is so large relative to us that it often appears to be flat. New explantion: The Earth is an oblate spheroid, which for most intents can be described accurately as a circle; again, it appears flat due to the difference in scale between us and it. Do you really think that all possible explanations are therefore equal, and that in five minutes we'll determine that the Earth is actually a cube?

I don't know. I don't know that everything was created.

No matter what you say, you have to have a creator.

Do I? Do I really? What if I say that, time being a property of the universe, the universe existed since the beginning of time, and, since there cannot be a "before" the beginning of time, the universe always existed, never came into existence, and was, therefore, uncreated?

I'm sure that's exactly what it's like, for you. I like to keep my eyes open, and I'm studying to become a biologist. That would be why I understand evolution, and you're an ignorant, ugly bag of mostly water.

Lots of links are still missing. Many links that were missing have been found. Is the link between your brain and the rest of your body still missing?

There aren't any. Nor would we expect there to be. That's because what most people would call "humans" have only existed for about 150,000 years (+/- 50,000 years, for a good estimate). We have fossils of species related closely to humans, dating back over 3 million years, though.

In light of new evidence, yes. Here's the thing. I trust someone that will concede to new evidence FAR more than someone who summarily discards it.

Guh...there are numerous fossilized remains chronicling the steps between modern human beings and our ancestors. You guys just thrive on closing your eyes, plugging your ears, and screeching "DEMON!"
