[So it turns out, the world ended yesterday.]

This first nuclear war will eventually lead to the involvement of all nations. These wars will intensify in the thirteen months that remain after the initial war prophesied for September 12, 2006, until the final burning blast that darkens the sun.
The days following September 12, 2006 will be filled with fear of reprisal and more nuclear destruction. The cause of war and fighting will still remain; as long as the cause remains so will the threat of war. The cause is plainly shown in the inspired prophecies from Genesis to Revelation.

Is the threat of an all-out nuclear war even still likely? During the cold war it was different, but now? I would think that world war three would be more like a giant scale Vietnam/Iraq/Somalia, and would entail the use of bio/chem weapons and bombs.
Of course, these putz's are just trying to align reality with the bible which is similar to playing soccor with a bowling ball.
I just love how the homepage gives today's date:
Thursday, September 14, 2006
-2 days remaining before the start of nuclear war
Damn, I've missed the start? I'm so out of the loop! Well, can I at least catch some of it? It would be so disappointing if a major event in the world's history happened and I didn't even notice it!
News from Kenya at allafrica.com : it seems the prophesy has now been revised. September 12th was the beginning of the end, the mushrooms are now expected sometime within the next seven years.
Although some of the cult followers climbed down into their bunkers on the 12th, they say they took their children to school as usual first. That's odd behavior, even for a fundie.
Apologies, but I couldn't make a direct link to the news article work :( Here's the address, but if you want to read it you'll have to cut-and-paste.

Redhunter: by now, the only way anyone would release nuclear weapons is if someone else did it first. That's why we're worried about terrorists getting nukes; they couldn't give a fuck about retaliation, because they don't care about anything but the deaths of, well, us.
I have an Amazing Prophecy of my own: Yisrayl Hawkins will reveal himself to be a total douchebag on September 13, 2006!
What do you mean, it's September 14? That just means it came true! Praise Jebus! I AM A PROPHET!

Sometimes I get the impression that they tried that too, and that they attempted a header. Several times.
The bible used to say to stone false prophets to death and that you could tell a prophet was a false prophet by the fact their predictions didn't come true. (It was yet another thing they nicked from India)
You still have guru's making dumbass predictions, but (sadly?) now the police come and protect them when the angry mob turns up to kill them.
Well, this video can be found under the "prophecy fulfilled" link, but it seems to be several hours long. I can't watch the whole thing.
Edit: Why does the page with his video have a menorah which is missing 2 candles on it?
Hey, end up as part of the casualties, PLEASE? PLEASE?
The world is better off without you.
Ok... there was no nuclear war on Sept. 12th last year, there's been no nuclear destruction, there's just 2.5 months until the final blast... whatever that's supposed to be.
He's failed badly... which isn't surprising.
Actually, this is fairly viable from my standpoint. See, I live in Canada and nobody, not even the Canadians, really care about Canada.
So it's completely plausible that World War III is raging as we speak and I just haven't heard about it yet...
This guy gave up sometime in June, yes?
False prophets, psssht... at least weathermen don't pull it out of their ass.
Here's a prediction I've made, and it's 100% guaranteed to happen: I predict that Yisrayl will make a complete twat of himself. When? Pick a date from the calendar. Any date. Any month. Any year.
