Hitler were also both beaten by their fathers as children. I think that would have a lot more to do with their lack of belief than evolution (though Hitler was a Catholic and believed he was doing God's work).

The New Testaments not remotely as new as you think. Which is one reason why you Fundies always lose arguments about your own Holy Book: You've never read it, looked into it's history or questioned those who preach things not in it or contadicting it.
There's nothing that Darwin did that was needed to not believe in God, many didn't believe way before Darwin stepped on that ship and many today don't believe without ever reading Darwins book.
Hitler believed in YOUR GOD. He quoted the New Testament. Jesus is only the Son of God in the New Testament variations, he's only a prophet in the Old.
