Damn, these few words have opened up everyone's eyes.....to realizing how bad public schools need educational reforms!

So non-Christians are wrong, whether you're wrong or not? But if you're wrong about them being wro-*head explodes*

I like to think it's either Norse Mythology is right, or everything's wrong. It makes just as much sense, and seeing Odin and Thor et al. woul dbe friggin' awesome.

The Greek Pantheon is right, Herakles would punch Jesus from Judea to Mt. Olympus.

I'll take Door Number 2.

Logical fallacies for Jesus! Also, fundie in a nutshell for never even considering the possibility that something other than Christianity could be 'Right'.
8/5/2010 1:29:45 PM
as a matter of fact, i do. the only problem is that you are not approaching that rationally.
any who, I'm putting my bets on "all wrong". in fact, im so sure of it, that i bet my immortal soul against the possibility of hell. THAT is how unlikely Christianity seems.

No, no, I'm not high enough to let false dichotomies you pull out of your ass fly. Pass me the joint, please.
3/31/2012 12:03:01 AM
You wouldn't know rational if it ate you for lunch.
3/31/2012 1:25:12 AM
No. There's no rational thought there.
Your Christianity is born from Juedism and contains the Torah itself. Christianty is a rewrite and an unauthorized sequel to the Torah.
Your Christianity has no more proof than any other religion, there is no way you can claim it as better or more truthful. You know that homeless guy you saw talking about how he speaks to God? You can't prove he doesn't because YOU BELIEVE IN GOD while I can't prove he doesn't I do know he's wrong and crazy as a Christian.
As to the mentioned Pantheons of Gods in the comments. Pantheons are much easier to believe in, a family or race of superior beings just makes more sense then a single entity. Hell Galactus makes more sense having not self generated himself and the universe. Gods if they exist are a product of what is, not the creators.

Which Christianity? Catholicism? Lutheranism? Calvinism? Mormonism? Seventh Day Adventists? Jehovah's Witnesses? The Amish?
Perhaps it was one of the offshoots of Orthodox Christianity which were stamped out as a heresy. Gnosticism? Arianism? Adoptionism? Doceticism? Modalism? Montism? Anabaptism?
And please do not say, "true Christianity" because all of these branches had followers who were convinced that their way was "the one true way."
Rationally speaking Defender, the issue is far more complex than your limited understanding and imagination is capable of reckoning.

No. Islam might be right and all others are wrong, or Judaism is right and all others are wrong, or Hinduism is right and all others are wrong. Or all religions are wrong and rationallity is right.
