Several FreeConners jumped on your own ass, Gonzo, while the really crazy ones insisted that all Muslims are evil because some are, while excusing Fred Phelps by trying to remove him from the religion with a "No True Christian" argument. It is pointed out that Islam is not a "race," but Ant maintains that you are a racist because you hate all people of Middle Eastern descent. Several people tried to cover this up and make it seem as though you'd only referred to Islam. Ant was also called a "hypocrite" for saying that two wrongs don't make a right and that if the Muslim terrorists' actions were wrong, we shouldn't do them. A different liberal said: "If you guys and our leaders are going to start saying that America is not better than the Islamists, I will throw out that higher standard if it pleases you." Wolfcounsel insisted that America is magically better no matter what it does. Ant said: "I expect militant Muslims to act like jerks. Various conservatives conveniently forgot to read the word "militant" and called Ant a hypocrite because he expects all Muslims to act like jerks. Then you came back with the quote above. Conclusion: You are a racist because you hate anyone of Middle Eastern descent, and you're a religious bigot because you hate all Muslims. Anyway, time to continue.

This appeals to the racist principles and simplified "Us vs. Them" ideas that far too many conservatives hold, whereas liberals are more likely to be offended by this waste of life.) In total, liberals are far more responsible for the freedoms we enjoy today than conservatives, but you don't "owe" us anything. We believe that everyone is entitled to rights, not just those who agree with us, and that no one should have to pay for their rights or pay to speak a specific viewpoint. It would be nice if you don't use your freedom of speech to rant against the people who gave it to you, but if you really want to, we won't stop you.
