Science is very concerned about anything that might be considered fraud. Their whole reputation and academic standing hangs in the balance. So they tend not to make a claim unless they are sure that it will stand up to the test of time.
This is a rather refreshing change from a lot of the wild speculation that we use to see before christians and creation science began to take a stand against fraud. Although it is still a popular arguement against evolution that their evidence is deceptive, a fraud or not trustworthy.

Yeah, the first statement is entirely true... but it is in no way a refreshing change, it's the way scientists have conducted their work for decades - even centuries! If anyone is offering wild speculation, it's numbnuts like John and AV1611 and dad that make wild speculations about how the Genesis creation account could possibly be reconciled with the cold, harsh world of cold, hard evidence.
The first paragraph is completely correct, but the second, I have no idea what he means.
Yes, that is usually part of the problem with JohnR7. The part where nobody knows whatever the fuck he means.

OK, I think I can agree with that.

And, there it is, the point at which the wheels feel off the wagon. Of course, the last sentence is true, that agrument IS poplular... wrong but popular.
I imagine that talking to JohnR7 in real life would be like talking to Hannibal Lechter. You could just be talking to him about something that seems perfectly rational and reasonable... and then he makes some wacky remark about liver, chianti, and fava beans.
So all that shit from Einstein and Maxwell and Rutherford and Newton and Faraday was fraud?
Riiiight!
And Behe's the only scientist with any credibility.
And Hovind's the only person in the world capable of telling the truth.
And JohnR7's uncanny insights are riveting beyond compare.
(Sorry about everyone's sarcasm meters)
Sarcasm meter? Oh, don't YOU worry about my sarcasm meter! There's NOTHING wrong with it, not even after hearing from you! *BOOM!*
Let´s say the TRUTH. Creationist are the opposite to scientist, they have a theory that they try to prove at all cost, not because they care what´s going on, but because their moral and intellectual integrity is in test. That´s the real problem.
Oh, this is just too much. JohnR7 inhabits his own little world, which apparently has an Internet connection with reality, but not much else.

As opposed to your so-called "creation science" which has yielded NO evidence at all and relies entirely on mythology and superstition rather than anything resembling the scientific process.
John's up again...he's struck out on every at-bat this season, folks, but this could be his big day... Here comes the pitch, it's slow and steady right over the plate... John swings, this is it, John's going to-- No! Swing and a miss!
Whoa, this is truly a special day. JohnR7 managed to construct a whole paragraph that makes sense! Unfortunately it goes downhill fast in the 2nd paragraph, but hey, it's an improvement. Maybe he's seeing the light.
Confused?
