(An insane analogy involving abortion and murder)

So a person strangles another man, goes and does drugs, and then rapes a woman. Is that legal? NO. But should it be. Because, if he's going to do that anyways, shouldn't it be legal so he can do it in the safest manner.

You see, you that logic on anything other than abortion, and it falls apart.

Yes abortion is murder. In EVERY case. I don't care if the woman was raped. Life sucks, get over it. Just because something ridiculously bad happened to her doesn't mean that she has the right to kill her own child. And if she can't support it, then adoption is a much better choice than killing it.

You see, it is a piece of flesh. And prematurely birthed babies (i mean by a few months even) have been able to survive on occasions, proving that it can be "independent" (they do need machines and constant medical attention until nine months). But, is a child independent once it is born. No. Leave a child by itself, and it will not survive. It still needs its mother.

As to it being the mothers "choice, " because its her "body, " well, um, no, it's the baby's body. Look it up, see some pictures of it. There is a completely seperate body with its own organs in her uterus.

But of course it is her choice in the end. But, its her choice in the same way it was that man's choice earlier to kill, do drugs, and rape. Seriously, come on.
