And I believe answered prayers are the ones that He inspired... Not that we pray and He then acts... But that He places His will on our hearts according to the work He intends to do... We then pray according to what He has inspired us to pray for... And He answers the prayer because it was His will from the beginning according to what He wanted to accomplish...
