What?

This person can't be real. No one could actually say that. No one could honestly think this. No one could actually think that the people murdered for witchcraft were actually witches. No one can actually have such a poor understanding of history. No one can honestly claim that the witchhunts were a good thing.

I hope this is a poe. I really, really do. I'm having trouble believing that this person is for real. And I really hope that they're not.

The sad thing is that I'm not sure whether this is meant seriously or not. The sad thing is that I can see someone actually posting such nonsense and actually believing it.

My hope for humanity has taken a massive hit.
