Also, he kept saying something about "white people are the plantation owners", and although i hate the idea of slavery period, without it, he would still be sacrificing children to false Gods in African tribes with more pain than if he grew up in Brooklyn.

Does this person think that Christianity doesn't exist in Africa, and that everybody there is pagan, living in grass huts? There have been African Christians since Christianity was just a minor cult! And there are quite modern cities in Africa now; there is still massive poverty, too, but America has its share of that as well. As for the "tradeoff" angle, remember the line, "What you have done to the least of these, you have done to me." Something like that, anyway. Christ was talking about taking care of people's earthly needs, or failing to do so; cruelly enslaving people is the ultimate failure in that, even if they were forced to become followers of him as a "side benefit."
