What the poll [<a href="http://www.angus-reid.com/polls/index.cfm/fuseaction/viewItem/itemID/8015" target="_blank">this one</a>] indicates is that Americans are still better consumers than the rest of the world, and significantly better at weeding out defective products (like the theory of evolution) than the rest of the world is. The rest of the world obviously has some catching up to do in that area.
