My son goes to a Christian school so he isn't indoctrinated with naturalism.

I refuse to believe that someone this stupid has a son. This is verging on \"which hole do i put it in?\" idiocy!

I pity your son for being denied the opportunity to understand the world.

Your son will be making my french fries in a few years. And that's a damn shame.

You don't want your son to see his god in nature? Please, tell all your fundie buttbuddies: if you don't understand a word, don't use it! Our irony meters would last a lot longer.

Can he say "Do you want fries with that?"

The poor sod. You're deliberately crippling him and preventing from flourishing in the modern world. That is child abuse.

I'm sure there are plenty of secular kids that go to secular schools so they aren't indoctrinated with religion. I'd be fine with that if only the fundies kept their indoctrination to the churches and religious schools.
It's just that now the religious fundie morons aren't content with indoctrinating kids at the home and the church, now they're attacking the public school science classes, trying to pry into the secular education of the rest of the kids.
Imagine the fit the fundies would have would have if the scientists started picketing and banging on the church doors, saying to the kids "You know what the pastor is saying isn't completely true....", and "Teach the controversy, kids in church should be shown the negatives of religion and be allowed to make their own decisions...".
Yet this is exactly what the religious fundamentalists are doing with the science classes in public schools. They're demanding that the science teachers say "You know what evolution and science teaches isn't completely true..." and teachers should "Teach the controversy, kids in school should be shown the negatives of science and evolution and be allowed to make their own decisions..."
They want their way in the public schools, but just image how freaked they would be if, in the exact same way, science demanded equal time in the churches and Sunday-schools. They'd be crying about how science has no place in religious teachings; I just wish they'd see that religion also has no place in public school science classrooms.
If the fundies get their way in the public schools, we will be headed straight back to the dark ages. Perhaps we should also teach magic, astrology, and alchemy as well as creationism and intelligent design in the science classes, as I'm sure some out there believe these are science too. Teach the controversy, right? Kids should be able to sort it all out and see the truth, right?

Yet most Christians send their kids to public school for an education and go to church regularly for their faith.
You lot refuse your kids anything but full indoctrination into hoodoo bullshit. Hell of a shock when they must enter the real world.
