Quote# 2168

And many were saved because of the Flood. Hundreds of thousands to souls CHOOSING to be saved because they knew only God could help them at that point. Those that failed to cry out, died in their sins. They CHOSE not to call upon God for help. How stubborn, and sad.

I assume this is about the Noah flood. Why would you expect people who were being killed by god to call upon god for help? He coulda helped by not killing them to begin with.

Great. What was it Einstein said about people who repeat an unsuccessful action many times and expect different results? Oh, that's right: they're insane. These people who decided to trust their lives to the god who decided to try to exterminate them were therefore a couple of cows short of a... couple of cows. W00t.

I think he means 'saved' like they got to go to Heaven and not Hell. Not as in, God decided not to kill them.

How benevolent.

.....So Noah had thousands of people in his family? Funny, I didn't know that killing thousands of people and "saving" the ones who screamed out in terror to their tormentor before they died was so kind.

In the book of Inbreeding, chapter 1, verses 8 to 12;

"But Noah, following the edicts of Jehovah, had not 8 offspring, but 8 thousand, whom he violently dismembered to fit aboard the Ark..."
