My pastor suggested that I ask for an angel to be sent to guard me while I slept. It really helped tremendously. My roommate could tell me where the angel was standing by the way the cats behaved every night. [They're terrified of angels and demons.] Just to prove to ourselves that we weren't both crazy, I would ask for the angel to stand in a different spot every night. In the morning, she could tell me exactly where it was.
