[I am not defending any particular version. I am asking a general question. So if we don't have a perfect Bible. (which you have already admitted) then any particular part is fallible. How do you chose what to believe and what not to?]

The answer is obvious, which ever part makes you feel uncomfortable or exposes a sin you don't wish to repent of, THAT part was mistranslated. If you want to find the infallible word of God, you have be willing to believe God can provide it to you first. However, if you set your mind to to not believing such a thing as a perfect word from God is possible, the search is over. Some people grow in the grace of the Lord, some are living in their parents' basement playing video games
