Christians taking it on the chin again
When do we get tolorance? When can we promote our lifestyles? My children go to Catholic school so that we don't have to deel with this BS.
I am by no means "the Catholic of the year" ( I have some problems with church things past and present ) but if I have to tolorate someone elses lifestyle, and I do, then show me the same respect. This goes the same for gays and born agains.

Wait, don´t you need to go to the Catholic school, together with your children, to learn some spelling and grammar?, do you have children and are a full educated adult IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Here is the difference:
Get robbed, beaten, tortured, nailed to a fencepost and left for dead (only to have your funeral picketed by a gang of bigots) like Matt Shepherd or your own fucking "savior" was, and then we'll talk about Christian Persecution(TM).
I'm "sorry" that you your Stone Age values are no longer synonymous with society's values, but saying you're "persecuted" because you and others like you are no longer above criticism makes you a fucking pussy and a drama queen suffering from First World problems.
Christians are the overwhelming majority, silly! You HAVE tolerance, oodles of it. The rest of the world is jealous of the amount of tolerance and respect you get. Your lifestyle is the default lifestyle in the US, stupid.
Now I’m curious; what kind of tolerance/respect have you showed gay people, that you don't get in return? Have you been vocally supporting gay marriage, but been refused to buy a wedding cake for your straight marriage from a gay baker, for example?
The only "lifestyle" that have been shoved down my throat is Christianity, in some version or other. A few examples: I was expected to sing a psalm at the beginning of every school-day my first three years in school, all end-of-school-year celebrations happened in church, I've been given a Gideon bible in school, and my husband's been given one during military service, people have been peddling the Watchtower at our door, and the Salvation Army is singing and collecting in all sorts of places. And, I live in one of the most secular nations in the world.
