No a contradiction would be something like "honest fundy," "good fundy," "sane, rational fundy" etc.
But you can't encourage someone to be gay, just as you can't force them not to be. It's a sexual orientation that you either have or you don't. And people who accept that evolution is a fact do not necessarily want to outbreed anybody else. They simply recognize that it's the truth. So you're very wrong here.

Actually, we do it because good interior decorators are hard to find and we don't want our children's furniture to clash with the drapes (the horror!).
(Also, reducing the number of potential mates for your offspring is not exactly the best evolutionary strategy.)
