If you had actually gone to his website to seek for your answers, you may have actually learned something.

Electrons do not normally crash into nuclei because their wavefunctions are stable for particular energy states, the lowest of which has non-zero energy.

Atoms are held together by both the strong and weak nuclear forces. Electron "positions" around the nucleus are governed by wavefunctions, as another poster already pointed out. Those wavefunctions give rise to the orbitals that are so familiar to chemistry students.

First of all, Dr. Dino's schtick is evolution, not nuclear chemistry. People aren't going to go to him looking for answers on that topic, because it's quite likely that he doesn't have any. Secondly, they may not find him all that reputable in the first place.
Anyway, just because you've posted a link doesn't mean that people are obligated to visit it. Grow up.

Actually Dr. Dino has many schticks. He calls to mind the image of a child poking his finger into different kinds of pies, and licking it in between.
People who he has convinced would go to him for advice on nuclear chemistry because for his ideas to fit, most of science has to be lying, making actual experts unreliable.

Because the scientists at CERN are tax-paying people who are free as birds, with ringpieces intact, and hopefully (and already have, re. the speed of light) have their conceptions about the nature of the universe shattered. But the integrity & credibility of science will be strengthened.
...meanwhile in a few years, Kent 'Oh, Mark 12:17 doesn't apply to me!' Hovind will walk out of jail with a criminal record, as well as his ringpiece shattered and a even a questionable HIV status (hopefully).
Your argument - along with Kentypoos' reputation and credibility, to say nothing of his integrity (in terms of both public image & rectal) - is invalid.
