I think the thing that puzzles me most about this is the emphasis on 'in'.
Prepositions are not inflectable. How would using a different preposition there really alter the meaning that radically?

It's still available. Doesn't seem to be very good though -- the GM's rules are slanted heavily in favor of the players (Monty Haul, anyone?) and it jackhammers you with the scripture lessons -- not too open-ended apparently.
Easier, if you want to do that sort of thing, to just get a copy of FUDGE and wing it...
