So the biological grandmother of any child that forms from those eggs is the genetic mother. and the mother can make eggs for her fetus, but not for herself.

No, not at all. The immature ova which form before birth contain the genes of the female foetus carrying them; her genes are a mix of her mother's and her father's, with a sample of half of her chromosomes being present in each of her ova. (To keep it simple I've left out things like mutations, horizontal gene transfer via retroviruses and epigenetics.)
