And why, may I ask, do you think the atom does not collapse or the nucleus doesn't fly apart

And why, may I ask, do you think that the Bible does not give exact, precise, detailed explanations - with diagrams, equations & formulae - for everything ? Inquiring minds need to know , and all that jazz.
Ergo, science . QED.

Also, a Firsties '[/Spartan Laconic Wit]' and '[/smartarse]' Award, as well as a shiny new internet is winging it's way to you. Bravo.
This is of the camp that believes nothing exists, even now, without the constant will of God, right down to sub-atomic particles.
Because creating the entire universe and setting it up to continue on it's own wasn't impressive enough, nope, not nearly. Their God personally controls every piece of existance, if God stops gravity fails, suns explode, people break down to dust and galaxies dissolve.
It does break down to an "education" that answers every question with "because God says so".
"atom does not collapse" - because centrifugal force and electromagnetic attraction are in a equillibrium.
"or the nucleus doesn't fly apart" - due to the strong nuclear force.
"Because creating the entire universe and setting it up to continue on it's own wasn't impressive enough, nope, not nearly. Their God personally controls every piece of existance, if God stops gravity fails, suns explode, people break down to dust and galaxies dissolve." - yeah, I don't understand this need to have God doing everything by him/her/itself. Couldn't he/she/it not set up a Universe that works by itself, and only intervene if something goes wrong?
Confused?
